Ahh, there's a method.. Chop them little dudes up all tiny, talking minced. Then just tip em back with a big ole swallow of water, and you're good to go. No chewing!

We always boiled the shrooms, then sieved with some tights purchased from the local garage (always a problem about who got the tights, lol). I ate dried shrooms in a pub toilet once and felt like I had hay in my mouth for the rest of the night....barf. Liquid is the way, then you can make soup, or coffee, or anything elese strong enough to take away the gash taste. Plus within 15 mins of drinking you are flying high and the grin on your face is actually quite sore!

Less of the Granpa, T, lol, I am only 40 and feel as young as the women I feel.

kind of like the free mince we use to get in tins in Glasgow (EEC mince, lol, probably horse) even when you put tomatoes with it to make a sauce it still tasted like dog food!

Tryna...the Chinese food is disgusting as well. The fried rice was WHITE...wtf? WHERE IS MY SOY SAUCE??? lol. American Chinese food might be a poor representation of the real deal in China (although still good!!!), but I don't know wtf Germans are thinking when they try to make international food.

I don't know...sometimes our food is made better...German fries blow our fries out of the water. They are amazing! Almost outshine the hamburger when you order an 'american' plate. They seem to be experts at frying and frying only lol. They have an American Sport's bar in Wiesbaden, the food is something serious. Best chicken wings I've ever had hands down. I used to be in there drunk as hell at 2am dribbling on a chicken wing .

They gotta leave the Mexican alone though!

Now if you think dried shrooms are nasty...I had a 'wet' shroom from Adam that was blueish with green spots. Has to be kept in the fridge. Disgusting, but I tripped balls. Stood in the middle of the street in the neighborhood saying, "m-m-m-m-m-m-mafia!" (from three six mafia's posse song) to my sis over and over again inches from her face and holding hands while we laughed like maniacs for at least 20 mins. She said my lips looked like two jump ropes. We only left because we realized that my high school Varsity basketball Coach happened to be leaning against his car nearby with his arms folded, watching us the entire time.

Funny how you mentioned schnitzels LJ, you are spot on. My wife was working up there for 6 month as an on site type of person for her company, with a sports brand that we shall not name, lol. So I was up there visiting and the only thing I really enjoyed was the schnitzels. I think Austria was different, I ate some amazing stuff there (everything tasted good, (saying that, I was cycling across Austria so was constantly munched, helped on by a gang of headband joints). I also had my honeymoon in Austria at a spa hotel, that was something else.

I never got to go to Austria . Heard plenty amazing things about their spas and natural hot springs in the mountains! Honeymoon there sounds like it could nothing but amazing hehe.

Schnitzels are sooooo good....brautwurst with saurkraut and spicy mustard too

I think the freshies are good tasting. And the trip is always so much more... Intriguing..

Thats why, just as in this plant culture we have here, it's waaaaay easier to grow your own. You know what you've got, and where it's from; also having done it yourself is way cooler than getting them four times removed from the grower.

Most of the folks that have had my previous native strains say that making the tea not only has the above mentioned benefits, but also cut the nausea factor by 10x. Not sure if it is just the strains I was running or if it holds true to all.

Just to be clear, we're only talking cubensis strains, I haven't run any other psychedelics. (although I'd like to try "the big laughing mushroom". But it's a Gymnopilus, and has several lookalikes, both edible and deadly)

LMAO I don't know what it is about them and curry...did you know they have curry ketchup? In fact, you have to specifically request NOT to have it or you'll get it almost every time with fries.

Beer sure helps, I just have a terrible gag reflex, so have never been good eating dry shit. I've always wondered what I would do if faced with having to swallow something in a situation....i would fail miserably I think. Cooking them certainly doesn't make them taste better I can vouch for that (in the case of Liberty Caps anyway).
