I definitely wish my setup was as dope as this, I have problems with heat right now and my purples arent turning purple about 1/2 through flowering period I am thinking I just need to vent out the heat coming from the lights? I have two 600W hps in a 5x5x6 box with a large fan blowing at all times as the temps are pretty high like mid 80s avg and low 90s sometimes

I just got back in town after a 2 day get away, and I will be installing another 6" exhaust fan to my small space to try and correct my heat problems later today. I just cant take it any more.. And besides that Im an old fashioned man and belive my ladies should be spoiled and pampered with all that I have to offer..

Just as I predicted, 7 days to the hour, 25% of them are showing large root mass. Rest will finish poping in the next day or so. I am going to appoigise right now and tell you I will take more FOG's if you want. I had my partner try his hand at cloning and he made them very very small lol.

Whats going on K? Movie nite was just what I needed after that long work day. I watched grandmas boy lol, that movie is so darn funny, I drank some good cabernet and found a little dab left behind in my oil pipe so the night turned out to be realy reallly nice.!! hope yours was just as good and the weekend was even beter..

Ok well here is just a quick update with some pics..

I did a rez change and introduced these ladies to there first taist of bloom food.. Bumped up the nutes to 750ppm and after one flood they came back 700.. I will check that once more cause I want it to stableize right around 600-650 untill I add the second fan tomorrow. once I get the temps under control they should be able to hande 750..
Im gonna go fill the Co2 bottle tomorrow just in case I cant get it down. Then I will find a comfortable middle so I dont ned to run the Co2 all the way @ 1500ppm.. I would start it right about 900ppm and go from there. In my small room that would last about 3-4 weeks im thinking.. That would be $23 well spent if I didnt need to run my ac..
Also did my finall bends to the canopy, I hope.. So dont mind the pics there horrible, I know! The pic was taken right befor lights on.
tomorrow after everyone stands up I will take some nice closeups so you can see all the buds forming already. Also will take some of the roots so we can both see how they are doing..
Mommas and clones are all doing just peachy as well looks like the momas want to have more babies already. GeeeZ.! I had a reggae moment on the youngest clones and left the dome off for a few hrs good thing thing I atleast lowered the fans this time. only lost 4 of tha weekest..

Tomorrow I will install the 2nd 6" inline fan in the room to work on that heat issue some more, I will work on the momma's new recirculating system with secondary rez and if there is any time left I still have to clean that nasty ass 2x4 tray..

Alrighty then here we go again.

So I installed that 2nd 6" inline fan today, I cut out a passive intake on the basement floor and I tirned of the ac.. Befor the work my room temps were right around 87 average max temp was 91, max under the lights are 101.. The temps after the work are exactly the same, so seems I did all that work for nothing cause im still gonna have to run Co2 to compensate for the heat.. Also now im gonna have to patch the 2 holes I just made so all the Co2 doesnt get waisted..
FUCK!!! I sure do hate summer grows guys.. This will most deffinalty be my last in there untill I can afford to buy some ducted hoods.

There doesnt seem to be any improvement with the roots since the last time I checked, but they didnt get worst so that great. I did just add that cannazyme yesterday so with some luck within a week there should be improvements.

So this is day 6 flower and im already getting good bud formation on both the Ribbons and the SLH. I did give them 30hrs of darkness befor I flipped so im guessing that helped slow the stretch some and get the buds to start faster.

Also I did a massive cleanup of all the lower branches and nodes under the canopy so I should start to see a bunch of happy new tops in the next few days..
Even with the heat issues and root rot problems I think they are looking damn good so far.. All im gonna say to you guys is I beter get them problems under control like right now tho cause expierience has taught me that there is no forgiveness once budding has started.. First a leaf or 2 will drop here and there and then soon after I will be stuck making hash out of the whole batch..
Well not without a fight I tell you.......

Thanks Mo, LOL thats hella funny cause I actually thought about rigging up some kind of ghetto ice cooler for the room. I just think it would be too much for me keeping up with it. No worries tho im not gonna sweet the heat too much. Tomorrow im just gonna set the Co2 back up and say goodbye to that problem, then I can focus all my energy on them brown roots. With some luck that problem should be workin itself out as we speak..

So I just got back from a nice day out clone swapping with my good friend J.. I am now the happy father of a nice Kens GDP, Fire OG Kush and what I call the male version of the GSC (indica dom). I had the more sativa GSC already, but now the twins are united again.. Tonight I will be picking up a KensKush momma and some time dowm the line possibly a PineappleThai. then the collection will be complete.. From all these moms 10 total, I will be flowering one of each in the next few days and when all is said and done I will only be keeping the 4 best.. Im putting my money on the KensKush, KensGDP, SourD and the indica dom GSC...
But who knows the Ribbons or the SLHaze just might surprise me. Then there is also the ChemDawg, im a huge fan of that breed line so depending on what X i got of it she might be a contender also.. As for my thin mint GSC well she is a hardy fast growing chick, but I just dont know how well she will do with my SOG grow style.
