piss that's what I remembered from last year. oh well can't get the grow going for another 2 mo. anyway. the doc rec is really all that matters for the time being and the wife's already got that. time will tell here soon...
Yep, I got the green card back stamped received on the 8th and here it is the 15th and still no check cashed. I literally typed all the required info on all of the paperwork except of course the signatures and I've looked over all the paperwork 10 times already and there is no typo or anything. And, like you said, they always cash the check first before they even look at the app so I am just puzzled at what the hell is going on here. I'll just have to sit tight and see what goes down. I'll report back as soon as I get some info.
Ok that makes more sense than what the lady at LARA told me. She was very nice but didn't explain things too well. She says they're 30-60 days out to send cards. I suppose it doesn't really matter when they cash it if ever at all so long as the paperwork is in order. Maybe my check will fall through the cracks =]

Yep. Just when we think we figured them out.
The hologram is how they get the gps tracking to work.
Who knows glad, maybe another 2 years and they'll figure out how to put the pictures on the damn card...or maybe they'll just come up with some cool new holograms and a neato new orange stripe.
