That is a lie and you are a liar.i remember how bush dismissed that case due to lack of evidence. hard to claim voter intimidation without an intimidated voter.
but way to try to change the subject away from your support of an unconstitutional poll tax.
What poll tax?What poll tax?
They aren't paying to vote, they are paying to confirm their identity.making people pay to vote is against the 24th amendment. you don't get much more american than the constitution.
A tradition that is engrained in the original constitutionThey aren't paying to vote, they are paying to confirm their identity.
Voting is free.
You did see the video?Because no witness ever came forward to say they were intimidated?
you need to pay for a card, and you need that card to vote. direct poll tax. They aren't paying to vote, they are paying to confirm their identity.
Voting is free.
Didn't only land owners used to be able to vote?funny how suddenly the righties hate the constitution.
I guess they gave future generations more credit than we deserve concerning voter identification, and figured they wouldn't need to specifically outline HOW we verified citizenship.A tradition that is engrained in the original constitution
i bet you love rawn pawl.I guess they gave future generations more credit than we deserve concerning voter identification, and figured they wouldn't need to specifically outline HOW we verified citizenship.
Back in the day, you couldn't vote if you didn't own land/property, and weren't a free man. They were smart enough to realize that people with less will always vote for people who promise to give them more. I agree with that, and the theory has been proven time and time again.
Things change.
Sometimes for the better, sometimes, not so much.
Not really.i bet you love rawn pawl.
because he did such a good job of that as governor of MA, right? Not really.
I share many of his views on personal liberties though.
At this point, I'll settle for an individual that will take a more responsible approach to federal spending, and I believe Romney will do a far better job than Obama.
You ignored all my posts because you know my arguments have merit.because he did such a good job of that as governor of MA, right?
#1 in debt per person as governor of MA.
so much fail in this thread from the righties.
i don't see the problem either, because there have been no recorded cases of it. so naturally i don't see the need for an unconstitutional law which disenfranchises hundreds of thousands of legitimate voters.I personally don't see the problem with multiple voting
While Mass is in the top 10, Connecticut holds the number 1 spot according these guys...because he did such a good job of that as governor of MA, right?

had no idea mississippi was in pennsylvania, and that IDs would have any affect on absentee ballots where no ID is presented. While NAACP President Benjamin Jealous lashed out at new state laws requiring photo ID for voting, an NAACP executive sits in prison, sentenced for carrying out a massive voter fraud scheme.
In a story ignored by the national media, in April a Tunica County, Miss., jury convicted NAACP official Lessadolla Sowers on 10 counts of fraudulently casting absentee ballots. Sowers is identified on an NAACP website as a member of the Tunica County NAACP Executive Committee.
