Sure, you could buy a full auto sear for your AR-15 after filling out lots of ATF paperwork and then purchasing the sear for $13,500.
Everyone has 13 grand just laying around right? Anyone can pass the ATF checks too.
Oh wait, I am sure everyone has a CNC machine, a lathe and a Mill and could just produce those parts themselves right?

Or did you think you can just take parts out or hit something with a hammer and it becomes full auto?

I assume you have never owned a firearm and they scare you to death.
