Now Naysayers and Loyal Serfs to king obama are surely going to follow this thread up with a few rebuttals. I will go ahead and address those in advance.

1. They will say that the President can't end the drug war without the help of congress. This is false.
2. They will say that Obama had no direct connection with this because its the DOJ and DEA acting alone. - True but the executive is ultimately responsible and can order it to cease.
3. They will try to claim some legitimacy for the crackdowns. Dispensaries acting outside of state law or something. -There is no justified 'cracking down' on bits of vegetation, people should not be robbed and harmed for bits of vegetation.


Also addresses #3 above: Half of all U.S. drug arrests are for marijuana -- more than 850,000 Americans were arrested for marijuana in 2010 alone, 88 percent for mere possession. Roughly twice as many people have been arressted for mere possesion in the past 3 years. This illustrates that it effects us all.

And not all cases are documented, The DEA and Police often doing sleezy "Smash and Grab operations" where they destroy the property and steal all the valuables.

Is that like how congress had to vote for Obamacare to know what Obamacare does?

I'm waiting for Bucky to defend over 100 mmj raids in less than a year. It seems like Obama made a animal reserve and then takes away the sign showing hunting grounds underneath.

The more you allow a movement to grow, the easier it is to pick them off. Mmj patients became passenger pigeons.They group so you can kill several with one shot.
