but one guy called and said he wants to fire it to kno it works before he buys it.
so should i take him to the desert to fire once or twice?
or should i go to the range?
i dont want him to try anything stupid so i wanna make sure all my basses are coverd.
any tips or ideas??

Anyplace there are witnesses.

Bring a spare. cn

That should be conventional wisdom. Always have more firepower than the other guy, have it ready to use, know how to use it and shoot to kill first shot if it comes to that. Aim for the center of the biggest mass. One shot - make it count. More than one and have any DA take it to a grand jury.

i was thinking the range too.
but then again buds09 is right. how can i not trust him??
but seriously i only have this 1 gun. or else i would bring a spare.

do gun ranges allow u to sell the guns there or should i not tell them and just ask to fire it?

All guns have to be sold through someone with an FFL. Provided the serial number is still on it :eyesmoke:

the fact that gun is to be sold has nutin to do wit da range none of there biz
just tell them a frind wants to see whut it feels like that is interested in getting a permit

Don't sell on C/L!
Too many stupid ignorant assholes and tire kickers there.
Try this!
I have had really good success here, and if someone says they are interested, you won't get stood up waiting on somebody to show up!

i dont see why selling it at the range would be an issue. I'm sure if a cop were to say something, you could tell them your concerns and why you made the deal there. But private sales of guns seems to be pretty lenient

i sold it guys...
meet him at the range was pretty sketch to meet him but turnes out dude was pretty cool.
found out he was a body gaurd for a pro boxer. im a huge boxing fan and im in the fifght game myself
turns out hes body guards for canelo alverez.
he knew my trainers and he said next time canelos training at the gym in town hes gonna call me to meet him. i was stocked.
said canelos gonna be using my ar... couldnt be happier to sell it.
that is fate to me.

Not true. Private transfers are legal.

That's the 'Gun Show loophole' the gun grabbers are constantly yelping about.

I agree. You never know who is on CL.

Could be a thug looking for a weapon without a body on it.

Let's say the thug then commits a crime with it, and is apprehended.

Once the firearm is in the hands of the coppers, they will trace it back to the last person who bought it through a licensed dealer.

If it's you, there's trouble.

In that case the trial was a great idea. I'd not want to meet him knuckles-first. cn
