Idk bout other people laws but in Texas it's stupid how the law works. Anything over 20 grams of pcs is a felony 1. So if u get busted with a oz of coke you will get the same felony as someone who gets caught its a kilo. Actually my last felony was me getting charged for the same amount of dope that the dealer had. So with growing being classified as a state jail felony regardless of weight or plant size... The go big or go home rule applies. If you get caught with one plant or a house full of plants, it's the same charge, might not help you get less time during sentencing but if you gonna rob a bank, don't take a dollar, take the whole vault if you can. Now I know someone will say what I say is retarded, but oh wells. Y'all get the point. And mj cultivation is only worth man hours for the Feds if you are growing a shitload. So if you have a little small grow, the cops won't even bother looking up ip addresses or what not. State will only spend time to catch grow houses if they have a lead. So stuff bout your grow to your friends and you are good. Use the forum to help others not go on to have a pissing contest or try to be witty or accuse people of being the fuzz or what not. If you want to talk shit, there's always fb or MySpace. If you don't got constructive critisim or advice or opinions bout something then go elsewhere because all this shit talk is making this site into another grasscity.
