This election will be a landslide even bigger than when McCain was running. McCain was a war veteran and lost tremendously, Mitt has a record of straight up lying. And thats not my personal opinion, we all saw the man lie on national tv.
When running for president we can always go back and forth about a candidates credentials, but when you have been proven a straight up liar on national tv in front of all of America, you have just kicked your bucket my friend, GAME OVER
You saw it, I saw it, and pretty much anyone who has been paying any attention to politics saw it.
You know who didn't see him straight up lying? The people who haven't been paying attention to politics until the debate. It was on almost every channel so those people tuned in figuring they'd watch a debate before voting. Those people are undecided for a reason for the most part, and if you knew nothing of the facts except what you are being told, what do you think they saw? Can you objectively deny that if you knew next to nothing about the actual facts you would have seen Obama say something, Romney tell him he was full of shit and then stating his case (pick your favorite "lie"). Obama never once said "nut uh, I'm not lying" when called out by Mitt. Then the only time he did try to call him out, Romney got in a "I've been in business 25 years and don't have a clue what you are talking about" that looked like it rocked Obama.
Try to play back that debate with no informed opinion on either candidate basing it on are we better off (without knowing all the secret great stuff he's going to do next term you guys know about) and what they actually saw when the choice was in front of them.
No way anyone should be cocky about their guy's chances at this stage, Obama is definitely still the odds on favorite but it's not trending well. Picture those same independents and sprinkle in those that were voting more against Mitt (he reminds us every boss we didn't like) than for Obama and the next debate goes the same way. They are both going to make up shit about each other during these things but so far only one has called the other on his. Obama just looked down at .. what? notes for the next debate? and couldn't even make eye contact. Mitt looked manic and a bit rude but he looked confident, passionate and honorable to the apathetics.
Obama also played the bin laden card during a low point too, he should have pocketed that then, it came off a bit pathetic. Now, when he talks about how he killed BL at the foreign policy debate the people who are really deciding this election are going to think, he keeps saying that, what else?
I don't think the fans realize just how damaging that debate was. It's hard for them to understand how anyone could not see how dreamy Obama is and what a poopy pants Romney is.
