Be prepared to quarantine and treat new clones at least for a few weeks. iso alcohol spray (1part water/3 parts iso) if u suspect mites, then process will take longer if ya have them lil buggers.I've been running seed runs and was considering taking an "easier" route. Glad to find out the clones arent as..."easy" as i thought before going after some and dedicating the time. I had my suspicion about people just throwing out whatever they had and lacking quality.
Good to know Abe. Are you using 90 or 70% type ISO? At a 1 to 3 part ratio, you are looking for a 75% ISO 25% water solution correct?Be prepared to quarantine and treat new clones at least for a few weeks. iso alcohol spray (1part water/3 parts iso) if u suspect mites, then process will take longer if ya have them lil buggers.
I see timmah now feels his posts deserve to be bolded over all others... lolDon't forget the phenotype equation when dropping beans. It's not only a male/ female thing.
This is one reason why i hate seeds. Besides the fact they are slow and you might get a boy, finding the participial pheno a strain is famous for might be like hitting the lottery. This is why once i find a winner i make a mother and clone it. I have one particular cut i've been growing for 5 years now and i'm sure i'll have it for another 5...Don't forget the phenotype equation when dropping beans. It's not only a male/ female thing.
I was lucky enough to score some blue dream today. He said it was real deal. Of course, I do not know. But it is good as fuck, IMO. Amateur Grower is getting a little now. Tricyn9ne called dibs on some as well.I see on craigslist blue dream clones and whatnot sometimes and wonder about the authenticity. What strains have you guys had success with clones being great genetics in the Brighton surrounding area?
