ways to tell co2 is making a difference?

This is my first go around and im just curious how to tell if the co2 is making a difference rather than being wasted? I have an 8x4 tent so pretty sealed. No exhaust fans, just tube coming in from ac... dont have a ppm sniffer. I used a claculator and it says to turn on co2 every 3hrs for 15min at a time with a certain pressure for 1600ppm.

This is first time seeing plants flower so really not sure if its normal flowering growth or the co2 lol. What i did notice was the leafs up top seem to be spiking towards the light and extremely perky. Usually they are tipped towards the light upward. Now they seem to be like a strait line up to light.

Pic of how high i have the tube running on the edge. There are t fittings every so often in the tube facing plants. And one close up of my cotton candy. These are 16days into flower today.
I'm not into CO2 yet so I don't have any advice, just wanted to tell ya you have a nice set-up going. Gotta love the Scrog method!

Yeah, my "scrog" isnt the best as when i set it up i had little understanding of it. Now im alot more knowledgeable on the matter of how it works and why. Technically its a scrog but i have alot of growth underneith that isnt neccesary cause light wont really hit it like the net is supposed to do. I didnt train them was my issue. I just topped during veg and then tucked tops under net for side growth to come up. It helped yeah but not compared to some other threads ive read.

Ya, I use to only LST my plants without a Scrog, now I LST them during veg. and then throw a Scrog over them right before I throw them into bloom. I got about a pound and a half off of two plants using this method. I really want to get into CO2, just thinking that regular air CO2 ppm is around 300ppm, while ideal CO2 levels for plants are around 1500-1700ppm, that's a big difference. Just don't have the space or money to invest in it as of right now. If I were you I'd invest in a CO2 ppm tester just to be safe so you know you calculations are correct.

1.5lb off 2 plants sounds pretty good. How is your setup? Im building a 10x10 for flower after this harvest for 12 plants under a scrag and starting with 4 1kws. No more soil goin to use ebb n flow

I veg. mine under a 400 watt MH in DWCs using LST for longer then you usually would, 5+weeks. When their big enough I move them to my Recirculating DWC system for Bloom under a 1000 Watt HPS and throw a scrog over them. I also added a track that moves the light back and forth 4 feet(its adjustable) over the plants for this grow, I've had a couple problems this grow because I moved my grow room and I'm still tweaking it so I won't get the pound and a half I did before but I have a even better set-up now.
