Thank you very much, making sure to file this away in my reference notebok. Keeping it around 75 is a pain with very little space, but the temps just dropped like crazy here, so maybe I have a better chance now. Also didn't know about the 5000K light as I've switched to a 42W 6500K CFL vs the 4 26W I was using, to also reduce the heat.this is correct imho.....germinate without a heat mat, (or what i do is put a stack of towels on a heat mat, then my plastic "shoebox" with my rapid rooters and seeds)......place thermometer inside box, and regulate the temp to 72 degrees.....i use the heat mat with 2-3 inches of folded towel because normal room temps on the floor is about 65......after they pop, and are transplanted, maintain 75 degrees through early veg, and sex.....the idea here is never let them get hot and stress, thus causing them to male out....it is the real deal....you will end up with more females if you germ and veg with "room" temps.....also, never use "red" light during germ and veg, it simulates the late summer sun, and will force more males.....use an overall spectrum of around 5000K.....all this has been proven many times over, and all the top growers that work reg seeds use these principles to their advantage.
FISH HYDROSYLATE....get the high N stuff and give them 2 heavy feedings (with an h2o only in between the 2 feedings) up to day 42....you have about 10 days to work with...it is the most readily available N in liquid form....plants will eat the shit of it...it will also feed your bennies, and give the whole system a boost to finish out with style....it will also flush easily after day 42-45....BOOM!Ok nugs i am having big issue with my big mainline she is sucking up nitrogen like mad.and i am guessing has already used up her soil so question is what would you recommend me using at 30 days into flower? i normally use bat guano and sea bird but doesn't seem to have enough kick to correct my issue.(using mexican to try and correct problem 10-1-1) it's not super bad but got some real nice yellowing.
i used about 8 oz. dried sugar and larfy bud.....and about a half of a gal. zip-lock of fresh frozen sugar trim....pretty big batch...i have one more just like it to go...pretty stoked on the yield.Bubble looks awesome Nugs! How much frozen fresh did you use for the first batch, and was that all sugar trim?
Its the strain bro, I had the same prob with that one. When I switched to my flower nutes all she wanted was more N so I went half and half with veg nutes and foliar fed high N nutes on top of it. Even then it only leveled out the prob, leaves stopped yellowing but the ones that even showed a sign of low N eventually died. But at the same time other parts of the plant show high N, so after about 2 weeks i said hell with it and went strait flower nutes. But going long on veg nutes did seem to help and now the low N seems to be settling. I have a self made foliar spray that will pump some N into them, but with you not using any chems it would burn the shit outta your girls so im not gonna be any help, lol. Only thing I know is if you don't chop off all your lower leaves before flowering then she would have plenty to feed on when the problem arises.Ok nugs i am having big issue with my big mainline she is sucking up nitrogen like mad.and i am guessing has already used up her soil so question is what would you recommend me using at 30 days into flower? i normally use bat guano and sea bird but doesn't seem to have enough kick to correct my issue.(using mexican to try and correct problem 10-1-1) it's not super bad but got some real nice yellowing.
