By agreeing that if pregnancy occurs as a result of having sex the baby will be born and her involvement is up to her at that point, it is a verbal contract.

besides, you yourself admitted that she had every expectation of NOT getting pregnant, and antibiotics interfered with the efficacy of her responsible family planning practices (or, as rawn pawl would call them, a problem).

if your girlfriend accidentally gets you ill, does she get ownership of the decisions around how you will treat that cold?
