i am such a high on
i bought a new wok and been dying to make fried rice
i bought boneless skinless chicken thighs, marinated in soy sauce, peanut oil, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger
made the rice 3 days in advanced, get it nice and dry
so i get the chicken out and place them in a little peanut oil and sear then steam, they were so tender
take them out chop 'em up set the chicken aside
cut up the scallions and carrots and get the peas ready
get the wok out, peanut/sesame oil gets nice and hot, toss in a little garlic, brown it
crack an egg and give it a little scramble into the garlic and oil
add the peas and carrots
smelling really good about now
heat those thru and add the rice
hear it sizzle, yum
toss it around, wow we can't wait
go to the fridge and get the soy sauce, give it a good couple of shakes into the rice mound
add scallions, drooling
toss some garlic powder/sugar mixture on top real quick and toss
add one more little dash soy (smells really good-Kinda like Joto's Japanese Steakhouse)
i say hey baby come and get your plate it's done
we scoop out some rice onto our plates and mrs sunnyboy says do we have any soy sauce?
i said of course we do honey it's right here and i had her the bottle i have been using
some of the best fried rice i have ever eaten
