Anyone growing Dream Queen Aka Green Crack, Cush?
Yeah, I saw those seeds. The pics on Cannazon look different from the Green Crack I have come to know. I'm anxious to see some grow reports.New breeder "Sickmeds" ceids has a selfed feminized version of this clone-only strain out now at a reasonable price point.
Its literally only been out for a month or so, but I'd expect some grow/smoke reports in the next 3 months.
Since "Green crack" is itself supposed to be an F1 hybrid of Skunk #1 and some strong indica, I think you'd expect to see quite a few different phenos in this sort of S1 se-ed.Yeah, I saw those seeds. I see. That makes sense.Since "Green crack" is itself supposed to be an F1 hybrid of Skunk #1 and some strong indica, I think you'd expect to see quite a few different phenos in this sort of S1 se-ed.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure you'll see some grow reports over the coming months.
I was under the impression that green crack was a sativa dominant strain?Since "Green crack" is itself supposed to be an F1 hybrid of Skunk #1 and some strong indica, I think you'd expect to see quite a few different phenos in this sort of S1 se-ed.

Since when is Skunk #1 x unknown Indica = a Sativa strain? There is no "SoCal cut". There's only one real cut, aka Cush from Athens Georgia. Anything else is an imposter.Green crack is a Sativa strain i have the SoCal cut.
From what I understand... CecilC made the simple cross in Athens, Ohio... then it was sent to Georgia (but not Athens) where it was still called Cush... then it was spread around. It picked up the name "Dream Queen" in California dispensaries. Green Crack didn't sound like medicine and Cush was too easily confused with Kush. Some people say Snoop Dogg named it Green Crack in LA...? who knows.Since when is Skunk #1 x unknown Indica = a Sativa strain? There is no "SoCal cut". As mentioned, GC is supposed to be half Skunk #1 and half indica.I was under the impression that green crack was a sativa dominant strain?
"Cush" is the original name, though it goes by numerous others (green cush, green crush, green candy, dream queen, etc). What is "Cush"?
Never mind. I see it is Green Crack. Just never heard it called that...
Im in Oakland, GC has been around here for a while.I grew it for a couple years. It looked liked that..kinda thin sativa leaves but not really tall.. super branchy. Had a nice smell, kind of a tangy rotten fruit odor. There is a guy named GrowerMD on youtube that has a bunch of grow journals with it.Rad.

The branching is perfect... No need to do anything but a little lollipopping and stake up the heavy buds that inevitably bring the side branches down.Im in Oakland, GC has been around here for a while.I grew it for a couple years. It looked liked that..kinda thin sativa leaves but not really tall.. super branchy. Crazy. I think I know what you are talking about actually... I can't remember which plant I saw it on, but I have had that same thing... it might have been the green crack. The only thing I didnt like about growing Green Crack was that at the end of 8 weeks, some of the top buds would get these little immature seed pod looking things. I dont remember banana herm sacs or anything, and I know I didnt have light leaks because I checked. Some of the calyxes would just bug out with some weirdness
After a little experimenting, over 4 GC grows, I have found that both topping and LST hold GC back, quite a bit... The plant branches so well on its own... Lst and topping just cut down the bud sites and yield. The main cola is pretty and all... but the real yield comes from all those side branches that sit about 4 to 5 inches below the cola and just fill every inch of canopy.I have a Dream queen cut I have been running for about a year now. I however am discontinuing the strain as I feel I have found better. But still a nice strain with great smell and everyone raves about the High it produces.
