i'm on random drug testing. i haven't been able to smoke weed since Jan. every time i walk out my backdoor i get hit in the face with the smell of skunk weed. one of my neighbors is growing some killer. i'm not sure who, but it is hella strong. it's driving me crazy. not sure what to do about it. :-/

No. In the country you do, but not when you live in close proximity like you do in the city. One person burning like that is enough to lower the air quality levels to unacceptable levels.
