Its been on 12/12 lights from seed and its 30 days old ... showing female signs and i see the starts of buds, my issue is that she is getting tall, fast and i kinda have limited space for now.. Should i just leave the lights off of her for a few days;IMG_5705.jpg will this make it bud faster?

thanksss :)

No you will hermie it if you do that, the way to deal with a plant taking off during flower is two fold, cut back on nitrogen and bend her, tie strings and tie her down, dont mess with the light cycle or you will ruin it

Nope you will lose big time. It will wilt, possibly Hermie, Stretch to try and find light which will compound your problem
Can you lst it at all?

No, but will most likely make her stretch out more, other than topping, or LST your quite limited because of your height restrictions.

I think you should bend her over and tie her down she will be half the height and if she has been in flower for 30 days the stretch SHOULD be over.

definately dont want to top or crop of any sort. the stress of it will do more bad than good. lst is the way to go. there are some good utube posts. just be gentle and tie down further day byt day if your thinking it will snap.

Definitely a low stress train... easy fix by the looks of things in the pic... it looks like the stem is still flexible... all you gotta do is take the head of it and get it lower than some of the rest of the plant, basically. The farther down you can tie it without damaging the stem the better.

Supercropping is an option as well, but you'd be better off not introducing a high stress technique in flowering. Still, I've supercropped single colas midway through flowering out of necessity and had some really nice results still. The benefit of a supercrop is you can pretty much get 90 degree bends, which can be pretty useful when you're working under horizontal overhead lighting.

It looks like you are using sidelighting only, and that your plant would actually benefit from having it's head tucked between it's legs, so I'm thinking LST is the better option for what you've got going on.

I would get her out of that nasty MG soil and stick her some good soil. MG has had a lot of problems in the long run.

I'd highly suggest putting her into some decent soil and tying her down. LST is simple and can improve yields big time. Basically in a nut shell is where you tie her branches down a little at a time all the way arond to make her stretch back for the light allowing more light to penetrate down to the lower bud sites which will increase your yields.

No reason to head over to youtube as there are plenty of great tutorials on here explaining lsting.

The only time you should be placing her into total darkness for any extended amount of time is at harvest and throw them in complete dark for 48-72hrs to increase resin/trich production.

I wouldn't recommend it but it's whatever you think is best. What is best for one person may not be good for another. If anything I would transplant her into the FFOF and that soil is hot itself so it has enough to feed for at least 30 days so no nutes at first would be needed. If I use FFOF I usually don't use veg nutes unless I plan on vegging for an extended period of time. Say like my mothers :)

I would just transplant out of the MG soil and put them into the FFOF. When transplanting add a lil B-1 vitamin and your good to go :D
