Definitely a low stress train... easy fix by the looks of things in the pic... it looks like the stem is still flexible... all you gotta do is take the head of it and get it lower than some of the rest of the plant, basically. The farther down you can tie it without damaging the stem the better.
Supercropping is an option as well, but you'd be better off not introducing a high stress technique in flowering. Still, I've supercropped single colas midway through flowering out of necessity and had some really nice results still. The benefit of a supercrop is you can pretty much get 90 degree bends, which can be pretty useful when you're working under horizontal overhead lighting.
It looks like you are using sidelighting only, and that your plant would actually benefit from having it's head tucked between it's legs, so I'm thinking LST is the better option for what you've got going on.
