These are my buddies. Steve French, the cat, kills all sorts of bugs and vermin. The black German Shepard, Ryu, is our newest addition to the family. He's 7 months old now, 5 in the picture, and will be a great Schutzund dog one day after a few years of training. The hound on the right is my parent's basset/choco lab mix (possibly a hint of pitbull by the looks of his brindle patterns). These guys aren't as much protection (until Ryu gets older) as they are an alert system. Love em all to death.

Hey what's up moki, where are you gonna do schutzhund? I went to the gsd national trials today and have been doing schutzhund with my dobes. M my 1.5 year old bitch trials for her BH in December.

Almost forgot about our other girls. The ducks make pretty good alarms, the hens not not so much. All are good in the art of insect hunting though and slugs don't stand a chance.
