Yea allot of those hardcore kids started going to raves. I went to a couple but never got into them too much, other than the girls on E. I remeber seeing zach dela rocha with inside out at a very small club back in the 90's. On a sunday afternoon none the less

I met jules jordan a famous porno producer at our local hardcore club, before he was famous. Talk to the dude a few times, he used to work at an adult world somewhere down in pa but came up here for a few shows.

We were grunge before it was cool, basically we were poor and wore lumber jackets, jeans with work boots, then all the rich kids started dressing like....well me it was odd to say the least.

Not to be out done though these were a huge hit in my school.

The eighties were lame for fashion, but the seventies were at least as bad. Never tried to follow fashion and be hip, jeans and t shirts are timeless

haha ......takes off star wars tshirt.....and glasses.....and takes hair out of pigtails...

no but really fashion and fashion styles just keep going in a continuous circle..so really everything has already been out before
, theres more then the little black dress that is a staple. there are some trends that look really hot and some that arent right now i think the trends are really comming from asia but thats just my point of view its all about this awkward , cutesy nerdy look. or a really glamours like 50s look, also boho has been in for like 2 years now , eh it all comes in goes

Jyncos!! Hot damn! I knew there was 1 I was missing. Kaffeine started to make a push about the time I was quitting the scene.
OKay so somebody please explain something to the ultimate fashion wombat over here.

I never saw Jynco or Fuct etc. in any "normal" stores ... Where did folks go to shop for them, or those denim kilts with the inseam between the calves? cn

once jynco's got pretty big cannabineer you could get them pretty much all over, but when they first came out i'd say mostly skateboard stores, some music stores also sold raver gear if they were any good..
i used to go to stores that specialized in raver gear in philly and nyc had more stores like that then you could shake a stick at back in the 90s.. 99x in nyc, stussy in nyc. agent aloha in philly.. bad boy club back in the day in philly is where i used to shop all the time..

i used to wear rave pants from some company. it had 60 inch wide leg openings. the thing was awesome except when it rained. i used to dawn baggies, trip or things with that type of leg opening and had one pair of pants enough of an opening to hide your shoes and had 3 black glow in the dark panel packets
