When I was a tot, I had the battery powered tot. When I was a teen, I had a big-boy toy - my one and only motorcycle in life:

And, I never watch this show, but I suggest watching the very first 45 seconds - it is very relative to this nostalgic thread:

p.s. I tried to find just the opening clip - I've never watched beyond that.

this was my surrogate father when i was growing up . i suspect this for my extreme hatred for cats and my love of inner city chinese food .

These were awesome... except for the time the damn thing got stuck in my sisters hair.. had to cut part of her hair off...

I wanted to purchase these ORIGINAL Weebles from ebay when my daughter was born... but they were way too expensive!

this always looked like the kids went no where quick!!

your old . that thing doesnt even have batteries ? does it?
gas powered glow plug engine.

it has a spring on the back side of the prop. you hook the spring to the prop and wide it up backwards then let it go real quick to get it to start. half the time you simply hit your fingers with it and had to wind it back up. it was connected to a handle with 2 strings about 25 feet long. once you got it started you spun around in circles using the handle to make it go up and down. hours of entertainment. i destroyed mine when i tried to do a loop.
