I dont know where to post anymore... Im in the 600, the 12/12, a hempy thread, and here. I'll just keep throwing pics in all of them I guess. I have a Chaka finishing this weekend then I can finally drop the light down a bit, everything is up on pots and shit cuz I got one tall plant. Hate it.

I'm really dragging ass on getting this started this morning. My 12 year old daughter has a friend over too that just kind of throws a wrench into the smoothness of it. Last night when I was test fitting the tent in the garage when they both came out and the friend said, is that a tent? I said why yes it is a tent as I gave my daughter the look of, hurry up whatever you're doing out here.
So I gotta clean out the closet corner, tear down my tent, remove shelving from the walls (yay, been fighting the wife for this one awhile), figure out my exhaust with the new tent and then set up the new tent. I'm predicting several hours. The new tent has the same passive intakes on the bottom with the crinkly flaps that are supposed to cover them, we'll they don't work for shit so I'm going to get some small fishing weights to attach along the flap edge. It should be enough weight to keep them down and straight when the lights are off but light enough to still let air in when the fans pulling.
Ill update later with pics n stuff!

Well today pretty much sucked. I spent all damn day tearing down the room and setting it back up and I still haven't begun to clean up. Shit is everywhere. I ended up putting my light vertical but didn't connect to the ducting which was a bad idea cuz temps are too high now, so I'm gonna have to dig back into it tomorrow. The tent had a flange mounted on top already so I was trying to use it, but just gonna pull it off and stick the duct straight thru. The tent is taking a crap load of closet. You can't really grasp it through pictures.
This is how its looking so far. Anyways, long story short, the wife says build a corner of the garage and get this thing out of here. She told me to build the attic at one point then changed her mind, so now it's into the garage. I dunno we'll see. I must say though I was pretty happy with the light spread from my setup compared to using the cool tube horizontal. This pic was only a couple seconds after turning on.

These eye bolts are also what held the little reflector in. Drilled new holes for it, it hangs from chains from 2 separate poles so its easy to raise and lower it and still keep it straight. So I don't know, I asked her the time frame for this garage thing and she said a couple weeks.

So we talked some more and my wife made me pinky promise her that if she gives me a 6x6 corner of the garage that ill never ask to increase my grow. I found that acceptable. Oh and when I get the tent out she gets to re-do the closet ikea style. The whole thing was she wanted her closet back!

My garage is hella cold right now.
I want to build a fake wall or something, or use a tent instead of open space like I am.
I am having night temps of 50, and day of 60 sometimes a lil higher when the dryer is used.
I am running a 400 MH for veg in there.

Anyone feel free to throw me their design ideas for my new space. To recap, 7x6' with a nice 9'4" ceiling. My original thought is to build a 3' lower level for vegging, clones, storage and use the upper 6' for a flower area. I dont need to reach the ceiling, the plants will aim for that.
The obstacles:
1. Its not a very big space and it will have a normal door on it, so I have to be able to walk into it.
2. Light proofing the separate areas.
3. Venting the separate areas from a single intake. (which makes #2 harder) I may just make a 2nd intake.

Dude I've hired Home Depot labor before and never again. Those are shady fucking dudes. Talking about I need to buy them lunch then started asking for more money at the end of the day. Two of them started fighting amongst themselves and they wanted me to drive them somewhere too. I was like dudes here's your money you guys figure out how to split it and find your own rides as I rolled the door down!
