I've never tried the mushrooms, but it appears needles are used in the growing - the kid isn't shooting up. He seems very industrious. I sure as hell wasn't worried about getting a crop in the ground in High School.

Mom will punish him as she sees fit, does he need us to pile on?

Considering he is going to be allowed to go outside and tend plants on the side it really does not sound like he is being punished very seriously.

I dunno about piling on but if you are going to commit a crime it is not good karma to be involving innocent bystanders.

I am glad that someone could recognize that this kid is not a junky... he was growing mushrooms, and needles aren't just used for heroine. But never the less, in his parents house!! that is not ok.

Recently i got busted. Although it is not as severe as most busts, i did get in trouble none the less. I am still living at home, and with my parents. My mother was in my room and noticed a bit of dirt on the ground. She looked inside my closet only to find 14 plants. Four of them were over two months old and almost ready to go outside or be flowered, and the other ten were going to be put outside. The four mature plants were all females and they were very healthy.

After finding my plants, she raided my room only to find mushroom spores, hypodermic needles and tons of growing equipment such as lights, fans, ph testers and the like.

I was so far into my fist grow and everything was going very good. As stated, i had four strong girls and ten more very strong babies. The outdoor season has already started and if i want ANY crop this year i will have to catch up very quickly.

how did your parents not think there is something wrong with the elec bill? Man for 2 months, your parents must be ballin or something, cause usually parents would be on that shit when it comes to bills and shit. well that sucks.

Anyways, did you have any outdoors before she caught you? Hope so, if so clone away, by the water method so you don't use electricity. Keep your grow outdoors!!!!!!

Why so many plants? 14 is alot in my book especially if your living at home and noone knows about your hobby. Oh and a Mushroom kit on top of that I don't know about kids these days. Here is a little advice....... Be Smart, Be safe, and don't grow 14 plants in your parents house.

Yeah, I think most people didn't realize that you use needles to grow mushrooms, which pretty much leads me to believe that his ma' wouldn't know it either. MAKE SURE YOUR MOM KNOWS THEY WERE FOR MUSHROOMS.

Man, if I ever found needles in my kids room, I'd freak the fuck out!!!
