I would consider crossing one variety with itself for very stable seeds.
If you cross two stable varieties you should get something like this:
50% a mix of the two
25% take after the dad
24% take after the mom
In my opinion, the plant that provides the pollen shows a bit more dominance in the traits than the mom.
I have done seed crops using colloidal silver (Tiresias Mist) and had success.
I would give the plant to be turned a bit of a head start so it is skeeting all over as soon as the buds are ready.
Maybe spray the plant for a week, then piut it in 12/12 for a week then add the plants you want pollinated.
That all depends on what you want to do, full seed crop or selective pollination.

Feminized seeds are just as likely to "herm" as the parents.
