Looking good in there, nice lighting, do you have a way to light proof that shelf for your dark period?
I hate to tell you........:-(
You're gonna outgrow that space quick.
I contemplated doing 2 plants in a 2x2x4 area, and I ended up only doing one, but I'm glad I did, because had I done 2, I would have been screwed.jan14pic16_zps8cf56612.jpg

i also have never grown an auto before but 65 days sounds close to old enough. ...if it's a true auto it should start flowering according to it's own genetic clock no matter what you do so when it's ready it should just go into flower and stay there until it finish's, even if you leave the light on 24/7.

...btw, alternating nodes is a sign of sexual maturity so once a plant starts growing asymetricaly, it's ready to rock.

good lighting. now you just need to make sure you soil is good, not too wet (watch how much they drink, and water accordingly) and make sure the air is moving in there every hour at least

...here's a couple pictures of a plant whose seed came to me as a freebie from a purchase i made at a private, invitation only site and it came with 3 femminized seeds total for this strain, ...this is the only one to make it through my rough handling, only the strong survive in MY garden, lol.

anyway, as this plant has never been exposed to anything but flourescent light i thought you might like to see it.

...you'll note that i sowed it into a 9oz cup of coco back on 11/21 in my clone/seedling box where i kept it until 12/26 when i potted it up into this 6liter coco-hempy and stuck it into my veg tent under 2x 2bulb T12 fixtures running 40watt, 4100Kelvin bulbs for a total of 160watts, ...with the caveat that i also have a couple common CFLs in this tent to provide some heat.

...so this little girl is still a week away from being 2 months old, i can't wait to flip her and see how she buds out and how she tastes.

...i'm no expert man but i'd expect if you wanted to do things organically you could just use coco as your base rather than peat, which i assume is what you are using.

...i have a grobuddy here in the real and we've been friends for nearly 6 years and while our grows have been very similar in many ways, he has remained steadfast in his commitment to organics, ...and he gets some amazing results too, ...while i on the other hand have abandoned organics as too difficult to maintain for a small indoor op and i now grow in those 6liter coco hempy-buckets and i feed my plants with Jack's Pro hydro nutrients.

...and because coco has no nutrients for my plants to draw from i feed with every watering, ...i water my flowers daily and my vegging plants every other day.

...i switched to the Jack's Pro about 6 - 8 months ago and i've pulled 2 harvests and i'm 2 and a half weeks into my third cycle and my grobuddy is so impressed with my growth rates that he is considering switching his indoor op to my methods and just using the organics for his outdoor op and his vegetable gardens.

so if i use coco i gotta buy some hydro feed?

im running earth (soil, wood chips, some shale looking rocks which probably are minerals for the plant, peat moss and perlite) and i mix that with compost.

i want to run full coco, because it looks really airy, kind of like a seedling starter. i cant just mix compost like i do to my prepackaged potting soil?

..yeah man, like i said, i'm no expert but if you made your own organic mix using coco in place of peat i think you could do things in almost the identical way to how you're doing things now but if you want to go to straight coco then you have to treat it like hydro because that's what it will be, a soil-less hydro setup.

i personally use hempy buckets because i'm just a hobby grower with a small op but here is a thread by a friend who runs coco drain to waste who is just fekkin' killin' it.

...believe me man, this guy has forgotten more about growing in coco than i know.

Am I going to need to water more or less during flowering? I let them dry out, sometimes give them a mist not all the time. I water about every other day...Fan is on when the lights are, exhaust fan always on, Morning temps usually less than 80....will this need to change too? I could put in a bigger exhaust fan? The room fan runs on low, I could turn that up too?

the same. they want the right amount. after the stretch, they wont be "growing" much bigger per se, just the buds will be maturing, swelling, so the watering will stable out.

btw, in coco hempys, because coco has no nutrient value for my plants to draw from, i feed with every watering and i water my vegging plants every 2 or 3 days and once i go into flower i up it to daily watering/feeding's.

...here's a couple shots of my most recent harvest about 3 weeks ago.
