rofl yes there is some factual information there but the ratio of actual value or ability to be correct vs spewing shit is like 1/10(being generous!)
Half of the stuff you've given that is true was irrelevant or simply common knowledge.
You've posted things that are fact that you'd like to ignore. Fluoros are better lights? Maybe in CRI they may be "better" light but they will not have enough energy to be transfered to your plants unless you put SEVERAL of them as in the Picture YOU posted.
Edit: shim makes a great point, aside from him there was good information. From him though very little.
