Yeah, I just watched it. She wishes it doesn't matter. The fact that they allowed the deaths is what matters. It is a culture of Responsibility and Blame. Kind of like Musial Chairs. We call it Justice.

And there is no fog of war unless there is war. We knew this was coming. The facts are there, in the warnings, from the Ambassodor. If you know an attack is immanent, and admit you didn't even read the cables, that is dereliction.
