The Cannatonic sure looks good , I kind of thought the stress it went through while you were sick would have affected it some but sure dosen't seem like it did . When you said " capsules from decarbed plant material. " Will you be getting the Cannatonic oil tested ? and what is your decarb method ? And was the yield about the same as your other plants ?1/12 All of the Cheesequake and AK-47 is now in containers curing, overall looks like a pretty good yield.
Started to harvest the Cannatonic today. Its about a week sooner than i expected but over the last week it really started to ripen up fast. These buds are extremely frosty with trichs completely covering most of the leaf shoots. I've been leaving these buds a little leafy because i plan to make a bunch of capsules from decarbed plant material.

The time when I was sick and the garden was neglected definitely took its toll on the plants but for the most part I still got good results.
I am not making oil from the Cannatonic, I am putting actual ground up bud into capsules. The Cannatonic and Cheesequake will be lab tested as soon as its ready. I won't be testing the AK-47 this time because I've already tested it plenty of times from previous grows.
To decarboxylate the buds I heat them in the oven at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
The yield of the Cheesequake was a little over 3.5 zips per plant, the yield of the AK-47 was about 7 zips per plant, not bad for only a two week veg. Still too early to tell what the Cannatonic yielded, but it looks pretty good!

Its the only strain I've liked enough to keep around for more than two grows, and I've been growing it for 5 years now.
Its a little over 15% THC and not much CBD or anything else but I swear it hits me harder than others strains in the 20% range, very strong sativa effects.

The Cannatonic is dry now and so far i couldn't be more impressed. The smell is amazing, like Lemon Heads candy. It just might be the frostiest buds i've even grown, you seriously couldn't fit any more trichomes! The one Cannatonic plant yielded 6.2 zips and there is a lot of room for improvement with a little training a slightly increased feeding schedule.

Hi Huel this may be a repeat post , may have screwed up the first one , super good job on the Cannatonic , good yield and good CBD , how will you process it ? and did you take cuttings for a second generation ? Thanks man! The CBD definitely has effects you can feel but its much different from your typical effects of THC. The buzz is very light with very little mental effects at all, its a very relaxing feeling that makes me very sleepy.

Hi Huel , when I asked about the processing I was wondering if you made oil from the trim ? you had said before that you decarboxylate the bud and then ground it up and put it in the caps , it looked like you would have a good bit of trim or did the 6.2 zip include the trim also ?

Nope, i don't make any oil, just the capsules. I do however add a small amount of coconut oil to mix in with the ground up decarbed plant material prior to filling the caps. The coconut oil helps break down the cannabinoids and allows them to be absorbed into your system faster, its also a very healthy oil/fat.
The Cannatonic trim got mixed in with the AK-47 and Cheesequake trim which i will make bubble hash from. The 6.2 zips is all buds.

How much does Iron Labs charge you to get them tested? I Have gotten most of my testing done through dispensaries and they charge like $40. Im going to get a few strains tested pretty soon come harvest time in 4.5 weeks. Holy Grail Kush I have 2 phenos, ones frosty as hell the other ones more of a producer. I have 2 818 headband phenos. Pineapple Express. Confidential Cheese and LSD.
