Again, not trying anything, your position just makes no sense on a website dedicated to breaking the law...
hmm weed = not deserving of being illegal therefore all laws are bad?

to me it doesnt work that way and gun's certainly are not in the same category as weed

but stretching it in the way you are is definitely "trying too hard"

As opposed to the unoffensive kind, you know, kitchen knives, baseball bats, etc.

Drones arnt offensive weapons at all, especially not when used to kill women and children.
the use of drones instead of an invasion force to target people saves lives of women, children and men alike

Pockets can be used to carry bullets too, ban pockets!

Seriously, it's an ex soldier carrying pieces of metal, each with a spring...he didn't exactly have 15 RPG's in his car infront of the White House...

I want to stick with the "don't arrest people for having empty magazines" point to be honest, you seem to be all for the "jail the fucker cos he broke the law".

Im about to have a fat spliff, I suppose I should go to prison for breaking the law?

You either support people's right to do what they want as long as it doesn't harm others or you don't.

Seriously, those magazines (empty) are less dangerous than a brick...ban bricks!

unloaded guns are just as dangerous as sticks...

the difference being the gun can very quickly become more dangerous than the brick

the 5 empty magazines are the same he wasnt carrying them as good luck charms and they were banned by an old law in that state

he should man up and accept he fucked up

yet instead its now being played that hes been charged by a law that didnt exist at the time

and has idiots like yourself comparing the magazines to pockets

i'm here for a similar reason as i am in the GMO thread i care less about the core issue than i do about the lies being told and poor arguments being given

cannabis doesnt kill anyone

the rifle that the magazine is an important component of is designed to kill people and the people of that state decided they wanted it banned

comparing the 2 is weak sauce argument that your trying to hard for it to fit

People under the effects of cannabis could be extremely dangerous should they choose to drive a car...do you blame:

a) the cannabis
b) the car
or

c) the person

???

you wouldnt charge cannabis or the car for the person driving

neither the gun nor the magazine is being charged the person who held them illegally is being charged
