I started two auto flowers in Jiffy pods. Once they sprouted, i transplanted them yesterday into Jiffy pots with Miracle-Gro Seed Starting Potting Mix (MG) with added perlite and verm for better drainage. I know that most people will be against MG, but it's the only thing i have at the moment. I do plan on transplanting them into 3 gallon pots with FoxFarms Ocean Forrest soil, but i'm alittle confused with the feeding. According to the package, they should be transplanted once the first set of true leaves appear and started on a feeding schedule. One of my girls, just sprouted the first set of true leaves but they are tiny! I'm not sure if i should ALREADY transplant them to FF since i JUST transplanted them yesterday into the MG, and from what i've read FF is to hot for younger plants.. NOOBPROBLEMS :< )
Anyway, this leads me to another dilemma.
From what i've read, FF can feed plants for up to 3 weeks.
Does that mean that once i transplant them, i shouldn't start feeding nutes until after 3 weeks or unless they show signs of deficiency?
Thanks in advance
