If they stay open and many of the other clubs close, we will need to camp out in front of this bitch for 4 days to get a table, not 4 hours. lmao.

I think they (G3C) view the supreme court shutting down that dispensary because they agreed with the township that it was a nuisance. Attorney General Shitty said something along the lines of "This ruling gives a way for prosecuting attorneys to shut these places down". Genesee county pros atty David Leyton said if a township wants him to prosecute someone he will. So in other words he isn't going on a witch hunt and has bigger fish to fry. And rightly so last I heard Flint is the violent crime capitol of the US.

right-

it's my opinion these guys fucked us. they made us all look bad, by having lockers full of pounds, and thinkin "oh it's in a locker. nothin they can do?!". as far as i can tell, even though g3c may have flaws, it is in a different league from these asshat's. this happened when? '09? they only let the place stay open for two months. if they would have run things just a bit different, they would have been good. every one else was. it was their ethics that sent them searching for loop holes in the first place, and eventually put the screws to it.

it sucks that we were handed a blanket opinion, in the face of the facts. these guys had a warehouse, under the common definition of such, and everyday patients and caregivers shouldn't be punished after it.

also-

after reading the decision, and reflecting, it would seem quite clear the only legal transfer is between a patient, and their registered caregiver, for purposes prescribing to that patients medical need.

having a caregiver as a patient, and transferring to that patient(caregiver), for any reason outside of their medical need(use), is prohibited. his(patient) patients are not his medical use.

even under section 8.

caregivers can still acquire from caregivers. Maybe the new model is a pyramid scheme set up where everyone is a caregiver for someone?

how?-

its a transfer. all transfers must now be only from a caregiver to their registered patient, for medical need.

you are wrong. according to the letter, it's illegal. if you're gonna do it, just keep on doing it the way it is now, which is also illegal. then contemplate the consequences of violating the act. stripped of all medical rights and charged double.

Its my understanding that caregivers were still and always have been able to acquire their patietns medicine anywhere they could. Buying from a street dealer was allowed as long as it was to assist the patient in their medical need and useage of marijuana. Caregiver wasn't mentioned at all in the SC report I read, not the disenting opinion (which I loved the most out of the whole thing)either.

lol I hear ya, I just happened to have a lil extra for the moment.

I'm hearing alot of haters. Dude above said something about blowing a homeless guy across the street. Is this the type that's at G3C?

It seems to me new people are not welcome which also makes me wonder about the med's ... if the guy above is talking about blowing a homeless guy (which is disrespectful to all and the homeless) it gives a good indication of his education and rearing... and this guy is vending meds...huh?

Anyways... didn't mean to stir up the G3C "click" ... Don't worry someone is not going to come in and take your paper or your friends. If tacofarmer is any indication of they guys up there....well um yea.

Although I'm sure there are some kick ass, kind compassionate people there.

You are right there are many VERY kick ass and compationate people up at G3C (INCLUDING the staff). Unfortunately you have stumbled on to a bad thread, and VERY rude people on here, that have left you with a bad feeling about G3C. There are many good people that would welcome you and your meds, we are not this horrible "click" that these guys have made us out to be. I know many of the vendors go out of there way to welcome all new members, and of course you will always have those ones that just are not happy with anything (lol) and will complain about the smallest thing, which you will find in ANY place of people who gather often. The staff is extreemly plesent and very helpful. Please don't make your judgement based on a few bad experiences from others, it is a great place to be. Give the clubhouse a call and any of the staff can answer any of your concerns and questions.

Hope to see you and your buds there. :blsmoke:
