Hey Fruitbat... you were answering questions for me about Killing Fields back before I bought these seeds, if I remember correctly. Excellent recommendation.

I never got the green pheno, but i got one that is extremely similar to your #1 and one that is just like the pic on sannie's site and has a taste that is all sugar and blueberries. One of my favorite strains and definitely not leaving the garden any time soon.

Killing Fields #5 is incredible. I've never given a plant a label as #1 that I have grown, but KF#5 takes that label.
The closest to compete with KF#5 was a sweet pink grapefruit leaning BB x GF. It hangs with most any as far as appearance, but some of the other KF's from this pack might even be better as far as appearance.

It's been a while since I have been excited about a plant for its potency, effect and smell.

Right on. Glad you are digging it. It's a fun plant. I will say I have a raging boner for Sugar Punch right now. You gotta get some when it comes back in stock. If you like KF you'll jizz over the SP.

I was looking at Sugar Punch and thinking it looked great After ordering KF seeds I saw Sugar Punch and started to question if I had made the wrong choice. I am HUGE fan of Super Silver Haze. I have two SSH mothers. I could see myself looking for a great Sugar Punch to replace my 9 week SSH. I suspect that Killing Fields #3 will be replacing my 14 wk SSH.

The KF was a good choice. So don't second guess yourself.

You will LOVE the SP though. The SSH makes it trippy. I got an incredible lavender pheno outdoor. Still have a tiny bit left.

BTW, I see you over on the Sannie Forum, I'm Apis.

Nice. I like opengrow... great forum. Everyone is super friendly. It seems like everyone is there for the love of cannabis. No trolling. Don't get me wrong... I love RIU too. The trolling and T&T section keeps things lively and fun. Haha. If RIU members were to organize a meet... I would recommend it taking place at a gym with a boxing ring. Or possibly a paintball course... Dodge ball tournament?

Interesting about the lavendar pheno... My KF#1 smells of lavender.

I'm a huge fan of Sannie's now. It's going to be hard to grow anything else until I try a little more of Sannie's work. I have a Beanhoarder: Neville's Haze x S Tooth #3 started... I suspect that will be my last non Sannie's work for a while. I'm a big fan of Beanhoarder as well, so it is going to be a nice closing of the Beanhoarder grows for a while. Growing out some Beanho packs was very nice.

Nice. Yeah, it will be well worth your time. Sugar punch looks like a good choice too.
I've got to take a little break from seeds, but when I get back up 1 pack Sannies 1 pack Dr GThumb is my plan.

Sugar Punch is amazing. It'll be back in stock in about 4 weeks.

OpenGrow is a chill place to hang. Good peeps.

I'm very tempted to pick it up too. It all depends on if I am ready to part ways with my Super Silver Haze plant, as I would have to make room for a selection and it would seem like the obvious choice to make room for a Sugar Punch. Tough decisions to be made.. always.
Yeah, I've been over on opengrow lately... great place. Everyone over there has such nice cameras.. haha.. i feel like I'm working with some child's toy with my blurry pics.

Running KF5 again, finally.
Damn, I cannot wait to have this stuff around to smoke on.
I've been growing these Dr Greenthumb Bubba OG's lately. Everyone is loving it...Dr Greenthumb - Bubba OG
Bubba OG #5 has been treating me reeeeally damn good. But, looking forward to taking another look at this Killing Fields selection...

It will take me a few runs to really get this one near potential, but, I'm starting off with a 6 plants per 600hps... 2 rows... LST'd on Day 8 of flower. I'm sure I'll be pulling these plants back several more times. This one likes to stretch out. While many feel "stretch" is a negative trait... I love it... No need to veg... throw a little plant in some coco with a tomato cage and put the growth right where you want it.

I'm not going full journal.. but... I snapped a couple HPS photos. Fuck it, why not?

Day 8 of flower... just minutes after a quick LST. I was in a hurry. Man, these days, I'm just trying to keep this as simple as possible... spend more time working and with the family, less time in the garden. I put all this time in selecting these quality genetics. It's time to let the genes do the walking for me.

I slimmed down to just 5 plants (soon to be 4)
-Green Crack (Bag seed)
-Super Silver Haze (Beanhoarder SSH1 x SSH2)
-Bubba OG (Dr Greenthumb) x2... every plant in that pack was keeper-worthy.. #2, #5, #7? Not sure.
-Killing Fields (SanniesShop) #5 in journal.. you've heard me gawk over it before... fucking unreal herb...

Yo HH, really digging your grow journals. As a novice grower, I really appreciate how you go into your selection process a bit. I find it very helpful seeing what a more experienced grower looks for as I try and build up my experience and knowledge.

Growing out a couple strains from Sannie's right now. Running e$ko's Cheeseberry and the freebie KillaQueen x Bluehammer...I'll find out in a few weeks how they are. KF is definitely on my list for a future project.

Cheers.
