Opinions needed on seemingly AWESOME PRICE for a HPS unit!!

First off, this is my very first time investing in HID. I am extremely excited but cannot allow myself to get ripped off from something not worth its weight in gold. The most promising retailer is High Tech Garden Supply. So far I cannot find a deal that beats this!!::::::

This is what my shopping cart looks like off Htg's own website.

I basically discovered that shipping is way cheaper on HTG's website than on htg's ebay vendor. I customized the above. Compared to an almost exact system on htg's ebay vendor, I save nearly $10 plus get an upgraded reflector. The upgraded euro is a 6'' inline reflector with a tempered glass shield . The ebay system totals $317 with an inferior reflector.

So is it worth it??? I need to know fast cuz I'm 95% convinced and itching to to grow my shit. I just need a final opinion.

u should goto ur local shop and c if its cheaper there because for that price i can get a 1000 hps around here

really?? well the thing is....I have no local shops LOL my part of town is very underdeveloped. Its basically have it shipped and bite the price or have no system at all. This is the best deal I could find.

Yes, I have considered that, but from what I've read the company is excellent on replacing bulbs with better ones.

make sure u get some warranty on it just in case th bulb breaks and put it on credit card if u can

sorry dude, keep gettting caught up. I'll have approximately 3 1/2 X 3 1/2 feet by 8' of height. I'd like at least 6-8 plants. is that feasible?? again, im totally new to HID

yea man ull be able to pull it off , well the stronger the light the bigger the plants get and the bigger and the stronger the buds get , its basically up to u i would do a 1000 hps , im old school the bigger the better

I've grown before using CFls and not to be bigheaded but i grow very very healthy beautiful plants using cfls. Never weighed my yield though. So im extremely confidant in myself using a big boy light. Im not too worried about quantity. How many QUALITY plants can I grow under 600 watt with my dimensions.

I may upgrade to 1000 when i have my own place. not too much room to work with. but thanks for the advice. lots of help.

well u dont get that much room but u got alot of room for them to get tall
i think u can pull of maybe 5 tall plants but they wont be bushy but just skinny with one main bud probably

well i grow some for profit and the rest to smoke
but i have alot of room i usually put around 25-30 plants they grow bout 4-5 feet tall each
and i measure the potency by what ever is closest to the the light the ones closer is the better bud the ones furthest are the ok grass

im getting another 1000hps then i should have all good bud

not that bad just put a fan u should be good

1000 makes alot more heat and 1 fan is ually good enough for me
