That sucks so bad!
Scary situation. If it did pollinate the widow, it may have got the rest.

Maybe the 12/12 on the auto stressed her out. I don't see any other way that it would stress since your grow looks to be very well managed.

So....she didn't auto flower...and now she's giving me bananas...

How often will I have to inspect them to keep anything from developing and dusting everything else??
Nirvana says she finishes flowering in 8 wks but they also sold me an autoflowering seed that I had to flip to 12/12 to induce it.

Yeahh man it BLOWS. For real damn :joint:
I think the difference between today and tomorrow might tell. My high ass picked them out without really thinking that I could be spreading pollen around the two until after the fact. I know I sure as hell will be on them man. I got a PRIMO second crop coming along and I might break everything in here if everything in there got pollinated lol!

Sorry to hear about your nanners bro, but I guess you should of done a lil reading on the bubblicious, as it has a tendency to hermie and they had a huge crop of them not really being auto's.

I try to steer clear of nirvana ever since that shit happened to me.

Got anywhere else you can put her? If she's throwing nanners you've got 8-12 days before she will pollinate your others. My best advice is pull her or if you got somewhere else to put it then do that.

I will never grow bubblicious ever again.

They were the little small banana looking things. They weren't big and I took off 8 from the auto bub(all over) and 2 from the BW(both on the biggest cola).
This is the first time that I've looked for them because I was inspecting the auto bub today and noticed one so I looked further and saw an unfinished seed forming and a few more of the banana things.
The autobub is supposed to go 1 1/2 weeks more which will be 8wks total. The widows can go 8 to 9, and 10 for extra resin production but I'm passing on that given the situation.
So no more that 2 1/2 wk for Widows. 1 1/2 for auto bub.
I'm just gonna have to police the hell the hell out of them I guess...But damn man...Fucking up my evening!

You've got it handled. She's a really nice plant, it would be nice to finish her that's for sure. With a max of 2.5 weeks left in there for your other plants I personally wouldn't stress, I would just watch her like a hawk. Very nice work dude, those are great fruits. I wouldn't be eager to chop her, but I wouldn't be afraid to take a hot spot for nanners down and get a sneak preview of her :weed: If she gets out of hand, chop'er.

I've been fortunate enough to only have a cpl hermies, but both were pretty severe so they were pulled. That said, I've also seen many people on RIU that manage them with some really great strains of pot, usually just for a cpl weeks. Good luck S420, the tent is looking awesome.

By the looks of her I don't think it would be the end of the world if she HAD to come down. lol She's glowing, perhaps flirting with you.

Shit bro...she might come down tomorrow. I got a lot of reading to do to see what my options are. But if I've got 8-12 day before she starts throwing pollen, maybe I can manage. I'll be in there like every couple hours if need be man.
i didn't see a lot but I pulled a couple from really hidden places, so I know there could be more just waiting. They're not jumping out at me tho, like Ive seen with lots of hermies I've looked at today. If I can possibly keep getting them off then I'll let her go as long as I can, but if I need to pull her down I won't sweat about it.
im just glad I checked bro :joint:

What is an hermaphrodite?

An hermaphrodite, or hermie, is a plant of one sex that develops the sexual organs of the other sex. Most commonly, a flowering female plant will develop staminate flowers, though the reverse is also true. Primarily male hermaphrodites are not as well recognized only because few growers let their males reach a point of flowering where the pistillate would be expressed.

Hermaphrodites are generally viewed with disfavor. First, they will release pollen and ruin a sinsemelia crop, pollinating themselves and all of the other females in the room. Second, the resulting seeds are worthless, because hermaphrodite parents tend to pass on the tendency to their offspring.

Please note that occassionally specious staminate flowers will appear in the last days of flowering of a female plant. These do not drop pollen and their appearance is not considered evidence of deleterious hermaphroditism.

Ya a lot of their auto's weren't really autos lol. She looks like she's close anyways. So like shwag said, watch her everyday and just keep an eye on your other girls. Pollen is like a magical dust. You may not think shit's been pollinated but once a sac bursts if there are any females near by you can pretty much guarantee that they got pollinated.

By the looks of her I don't think it would be the end of the world if she HAD to come down. lol She's glowing, perhaps flirting with you.
That's exactly what I was thinking, may not be no couch lock high but I guarantee that it's a great head high from the looks of her.

Yeahhh bro! Thx for the sound advice again and again! And again bro!

I'm thinking that I'm just gonna really keep an eye on her. I'm nearing 7 weeks so I should be able to keep things in check for one more week tho.
I'm about to get on duty ha. I'm talking every couple hours inspecting. And she is twinkling ain't she?! One more week could make a big difference man, that why I don't wanna chop her just yet

You can do it. Just watch her closely. Might have to sleep with her ;) haha jk

And being that late in flower it wouldn't even have time to form seeds so you'd just get lil white specks in your bud. Wouldn't even really notice.

Shiii I'm glad I took her out on a date this afternoon lol. If I gotta sleep with her to get it done damn it I'm gone do it haha :weed:

Soo....

I just read that the bananas aren't always a sign of hermie, but could be a natural reaction as the plant is trying to save itself for the future by self pollinating and dropping seeds.
Anyone have any input on this?
I don't have any seeds or anything on the lower parts or the plant. The bananas have all been like tucked away inside buds which I've read are more of an indication that they didn't hermie, but are trying to reproduce in a last ditch effort before it kicks the bucket.
What do you guys think?? :joint:

Exactly my thoughts. I'd let it ride unless it got stupid. it seems to me a few banners is fairly common with a lot of autos.
