So I could make a living off of robbing people who sell stuff on CL, who knew? There are a lot of people listing weed, clones, hash... Tempting to call one of them and ask if they have ever been robbed or if they feel the need to have a sniper riding shotgun, kevlar, Uzi and such on hand. Must be the OP listed and sold the clones, hope to see a follow up post to let us know how it went, robbed or profited, how 'bout it chopperdown, went well or...

Havent sold them yet, should be seeing roots in the next day or few...

Considering selling a few moms also. They are about 3-4 ft tall with about 40 possible cuts on each.

Good luck buddy, I am too worried about the downside, either getting ripped by a customer or busted for some crime that is clear to a cop but not to me. I hope it goes well and judging by all the posts on CL it must be working for someone. I can't tell if the posts are getting flagged or if the original listers are taking them down when they sell. If anyone can cite the actual law that lets us do business online, or at all, without being a dispensary, please do so.

Is it that there are so many stoned writers that threads take this direction? The OP asked about selling clones on CL. Here are people comparing their bluster and gun caliber. A real pissing contest is about distance. How far you can shoot a steam of urine. It doesn't involve firearms. If you really need to be armed when selling a few clones to a CL customer, it isn't worth the risk. When I sold cars on CL I didn't carry a gun to the closing, even though there were thousands in cash changing hands, I just arranged the meetings in bank lobbies and deposited the cash right on the spot. If a few bucks worth of clones is going to bring an armed response, throw the fuckers in the trash or figure out a way to get them growing. No, it is not legal to sell clones or weed on CL. The law will become more clear soon, but in the meantime you can take a chance and run an ad, but you are taking a risk for sure. You could get busted or mugged. Weigh the risk and decide if you feel lucky.

I see no issues with carrying concealed at any point, making deals or not - so I'm a bit biased when I say.. -if- I were to try something like selling on CL, the firearm would not get removed for that specifically.

If you have a concealed permit you can take the risk of carrying it to a transaction, but be aware that it will not go well if you have an encounter with the law and have both weed and a handgun. Sucks, but that is reality.

I discussed that with my attorney (who arguably, is not one who specializes in cannabis-type issues) but he said as long as I do not test positive on test for THC-based things, have hard card, and my CPL.. that I should have minimal to no problem. (especially since in Michigan for sure.. if you have CPL you can not deny breath, blood or piss test, without getting it revoked anyway) Thanks for that, will definitely have to consult with an attorney who's more specialized.

At the Cannabis Convention a few years ago I asked 2 pot lawyers who attended the show about firearms and weed and they both told me to never have them in possession at the same time, this to avoid the chance of federal prosecution. Even having a gun in the house where there is weed can be a problem. Both told me that there is a chance that a case may be won, but they warned me that to avoid prosecution it would be smart to keep those things apart. Sounded like good advice. I asked about keeping guns in a safe and having a red card and they were both against even that scenario. Apparently you are considered guilty of something if you have a gun and weed at the same time. Please try this and let me know how it works out as I do not want to be among the first in this line.:spew:

hi i have recently moved to the are and was looking to get a couple buckets with the free teen. you can contact and i will promptly respond. i dont really like cl either. its not what you expect most of the time

Please keep these type of requests to Private Message please. I don't care to go into what the site rules are on the subject, but plant transfers should still be a private matter even here, this is an open site.
I did delete your email address off of the post, not because it is against site rules, just because it is not needed, if he wants to contact you he will, no reason to let the whole world connect your need for a plant and your email address.
