That's not true. Corporations and dogs have rights. States are sovereign entities with Constitutional Rights. The Feds are intruders.
If they have only 5 people left in the State, for some un-godly reason, they still get 2 Senators.

Government doesn't provide rights, although they'd like you to believe they can grant them to themselves. Government does prevent people from exercising their rights, everyday.
Corporations were designed to shield individuals from culpability, naturally they are a government construct, designed to prevent restitution of aggrieved individuals and redistribute other people's money to the favored class, whether they agree or not....go figure.
When I'm speaking of rights, I'm not talking about the structure and business plan of government or how the Constitution will save us...I read that fairy tale a looong time ago. That's window dressing for the pick pocket. the parasite and the aggressor.
States are microcosms of the Federal government and as such, use the same business model - forced compliance. Name one government that ISN'T an intruder....
People are sovereign, each possessing their own mind and body regardless how this is abused by any form of government. "Sovereign state" is oxymoronic. The existence of a state relies not on sovereign people, but on "captured" people.

Rob is right for once. The Constitution is bullshit. If it were this supreme thing, it would prevent garbage like the voting rights act which treats whites as second class citizens in 9 states. I understand their reason, to keep us in line or even worse will happen to the other 41.
