DYNA GROW IS > (greater than) ADVANCED NUTRIENTS

Sorry folks, anyone out there who swears by advanced nutrients. You are swearing by over-excessive amounts of terribly high priced nutrients with fancy names and pictures. I just recently made the switch from, ADVANCED NUTRIENTS GRAND MASTER BUNDLE. (Vegetative package containing 12 supplements/nutrients) (flowering package up to 16 supplements/nutrients) to DYNA GRO ,and i wish i could kick myself in the teeth for buying such an excessive amount of advanced nutrients. My complete dyna grow formula (designed in mind with growers starting with water at 50 ppm... Or r/o water.) contains a massive 5 PART FEED. Including dyna gro GROW, BLOOM, MAG-PRO, PRO-TEK, and a CAL-MAG SUPPLEMENT. DYNA GROW IS SUCH A CONCENTRATED FOOD THAT EVEN DURING FLOWERING, THE HIGHEST RECOMMENDED PPM IS 600. (1400 ppm less than the highest recommendation of ADVANCED NUTRIENTS... At 2000 PPM.) I have seen an ALL AROUND 100% turn around in the healthiness of my girls (perkiness, green lush pigment, noticeable growth) in the last three weeks after switching, not to mention i have been puttin in ALOT LESS WORK, and Probably about 10% the cost of ADVANCED. I took a close look at some of advanced nutrients SURE-FIRE PRODUCTS such as bud factor x (90$ a quart), bud candy (20-40$ a quart), and big bud(30-40$ a quart). And to be flat out honest... They all have maybe one or two nutrients in each bottle.. IE: bud factor is just magnesium. Then i took a look at the dyna grow GROW AND BLOOM. The breakdown of dyna grow BLOOM is just :leaf:SEXY:leaf:. It has a nice blend of phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, nitrogen, and iron. I would feel completely safe only using the BLOOM for my whole flowering phase, however i have REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER so i kno the mag pro, and cal mag is beneficial. So ... IF YOUR USING ADVANCED NUTRIENTS I RECOMMEND YOU QUIT WASTING TIME, MONEY, AND NUTRIENTS, and get yourself some Dynagrow.

Please leave thoughts and comments. Im not bashing ADVANCED NUTRIENTS, but i do believe they are about 1000% overKILL

I have used both Dyna-Gro (not "Grow"........) and Advanced Nutrients quite extensively. They're both great.

That said, the TC made quite a few exaggerations.

For one, if you ever used AN at 2000ppm in soil, your plants would fry.

Everyone who is anyone knows that AN greatly over estimates how much nutes you should use on their schedules and calculator.

Even for recirculating hydro, you never get above half recommended strength with AN.

Another, he posted the DG chart for soil and dtw.

But not the one for recirculating.

DG recirc. is near the same concentrations as half strength AN.

In fact, DG suggests 1435ppm for weeks 4, 5, and 6 of flower, for recirc.

Also, DG has no carbohydrate equivalent to AN's bud candy.

Those two sentences are literally a couple lines apart. Contradictions are fun.

Did I say "iguana" anywhere?
What I'm saying is, If beneies use carbs, you should be growing organic to make it worthwhile, so being that Iguana juice is the only organic AN product, it makes sense it would be pointless to use bud candy with any other AN product.

What I'm saying is
Nah, what you were trying to do was bait me and it didn't work lol.

Dyna-gro doesn't have a carbohydrate equivalent. Period.

I guess I'm the one to break the news to you; you can use bennies in any system that isn't "sterile" (ie: h2o2 supplementation), including not-organic hydro.

Blatantly wrong. Please do not spread that information anymore, just in case someone takes you seriously.

I get it man, you are riled up from the other thread where you got into that pissing contest about your bike or whatever...to try to say you can only use bud candy with other AN products though? C'mon, that's laughable at best.

Right on. I'm glad you found a product you are happy with. There are so many products that have execellent results, finding one that works well in your enviorment and for your knowledge level is a good thing. as long as your happy thats the main thing.

I run AN and have for quite some time now and I would have kicked myself for buying all that too! The problem with AN is the promotion of all the additives, of course they want you to buy all of them, its only good business sence, but they also sell these kits under the assumption that if your buying these items you have a knowledge base and know what exactly you are buying and for what reason. There are so many factors that come into play when choosing additives, strains, medium, watering techniques and so on, they all play a roll in what your feeding them.

AN is not for everyone but if used properly, produces bumper crops and is very cost effective.

They're both nice lines if u like to plow everything on earth into your plants. I'm a "less is more" guy but when it comes to any feed line up, it's the grower and how he/she uses them that makes the difference

you CAN use it with other products, But it is a waste of money if your not breeding microbes, pretty easy stuff. you don't just pour it in because it has a cool name.Ill explain it to you, because I did in the other thread and you didn't get it. In Hydro, you breed the microbes outside the resi and add them in, Every 3 days to kill slime,or every 7 days to prevent, so if your breeding outside the resi, that is where you would use your carbs, In soil, if you don't have a soil web, No point in using carbs, period.
