OP, i have 100% definitely seen another thread on here in which someone successfully grafted 3 cuttings on to the main stem! Don't give up!
Yup, it's more than possible.. highly recommend moss and grafting tape, with a bit of research done beforehand.. For those that want a semi-scientific explanation of how to graft with some illustrations, check this out: http://cru.cahe.wsu.edu/CEPublications/PNW496/PNW496.pdf .. quick crash course on the 'how/why' with success rates based on things that may be ranging from between families to within clones of each other, packing detailed techniques on how to make your grafts as successful as possible. Hope this helps any who may wish to play around with it a bit and see what results.OP, i have 100% definitely seen another thread on here in which someone successfully grafted 3 cuttings on to the main stem! Ahahaha... Ninja, check out that link and do some crash course reading - I think you will see where the initial grafting cuts may not have been optimal and how to revise them for the next round of tests If all else fails, download the .pdf and keep it on the desktop tooYa, dont do what i did. I call it ramjam grafting. It was like rough sex without the happy ending
If the bolded statement is true, how do we get graft chimaeras?Using a Indica root stock and grafting a Sativa too it will not change the growth habits of the Sativa. Genetic material is not exchanged or altered.
Mixture of cells, multi-genotype with massive instability depending on what got grafted, would be my guess. If the bolded statement is true, how do we get graft chimaeras?

Nope, not really.. you could irradiate seeds, toss `em in dirt.. veg, and flower out like normal. To be fair, however.. the irradiation could completely screw with phenotypes you once saw.. that may never exist again - but you could find one that's even 'better' to you as a result. Tons of variables with irradiation of seeds, and would highly recommend you do so in the appropriate place.. do not bomb the seeds with radiation out of a microwave.I've only read the main idea on this thread and it was enough to make me wanna try to genetically mutate a plant. Im sure if successful it would take ALOT of vegging before u could flower successfully
Solid male veg is required before any grafting is done, so I can do a scientific test at the same time.Fig, someones gotta graft it up soon, i have to wait a while but cummon....lets play god for a minute
Alrighty... if you need a grafting crash course.. I put pdf link in this thread a few back.. you can't possibly fail the grafts with it. Be ready in 3~ weeks, and we'll get the party started.I wanna play!!!
do ittttttt!!!! I only have one strain right now or id be on itI wanna play!!!
ill soo read that, i saw it quick but ill check it out more soonAlrighty... if you need a grafting crash course.. I put pdf link in this thread a few back.. you can't possibly fail the grafts with it. Be ready in 3~ weeks, and we'll get the party started.
Sounds good, am going to attempt to graft WW onto tomato roots, with proper (well, not proper at all.. )it's going to be a major fucking guess.. as to the size of the mainstem and root structure vs the phloem, cambium, xylum, and cortex vs. pith size.Im about three weeks out hopefully, fem to fem. this time should work * fingers crossed *
Your one crazy motherfucker but i like your style, maybe you can call it white plumSounds good, am going to attempt to graft WW onto tomato roots, with proper (well, not proper at all.. )it's going to be a major fucking guess.. as to the size of the mainstem and root structure vs the phloem, cambium, xylum, and cortex vs. pith size.

Sorry bro....we gotta cut ya from the crew...just kidding, subb up lol well geter goin eventuallyI'm out of commission for a few months, dammit!! However I will b doing plenty of research and following u guys until then. After that point...I will join in!
