Only feed once every 3 waterings. Feed, water, water, feed, water, water etc. start nutes at like 1/4-1/3 labeled amount. Work your way up with each feed.

I would flood three times and let drain and not water for a until almost dry then give a 1/4 to 1/3 dose of peters to prevent any lock out, wait another week and resume food on a 50% of dosage of peters to get it used to stable food again.

Yep-- that's flushing..... Like Draig and Joe Blow said.... flush it... then feed her in a week... make SURE it is being fed the right nutes at the right levels-- and do NOT foliar feed or spray with ANYTHING with lights on!! Spray 1 hour before they come ON..so they have time to dry 1st...

they look wet... if he is misting or leaf watering AT ALL with lights on ie. MH or HPS... this IS a problem however it usually isnt just the tips that crack and burn but if he doesnt stop at least that they WILL die and quickly... mist just as lights out or during the plants night hours... water magnification is no joke.
Wrongo Spanky. I've been misting plants for decades, my current batch gets misted twice/day and there is not a spot or blemish anywhere. They are beautiful.

I always misted early enough during the day so that they are completely dry at lights out. Leaving them wet at night can lead to mold, mildew, rot. As far as water droplets burning like a magnifying glass, whatever you wish to believe suits me. But it's just another internet "fact" that isn't.

That glossy shine to the leaf might be from an application of neem oil, it looks like that.
