I never said the would have a problem understanding the concept I said it would rearrange schedules and not be accepted by the states.

That's just it.. seasons would be as they are, and a rotating season vs months allows quite a few things that weren't allowed before. Ultimately, the seasons you see would be limited by the geographical location. How many people would boycott an 8th day of the week, guaranteed that you had to do -nothing- unless you really wanted to?

2016, 2020, 2024, and 2028.. by that time, I should have enough of a base that the ideas required to make a solid shift to a 'free' state will be in place and people will embrace them.
