If she is gonna herm, it can happen anywhere in the cycle. She could throw full pollen sacks if she turns early enough in flower, or she could just have a banana or two late in flower.

BKB's Sasha never hermed, and they were from a jack female that had a few nanners, thats where her cross came from. Early Skunk (female) x Jack Herer (female w/ nanners)

mine never hermied and i tried to grow it in the shed in the beginning with a shit ton of light leaks trying to flowwer during summer and 95 degree temps. got to about a month in before killing it from pm and mold. she isnt around anymore in cuts is she? only s33ds of her offspring correct? becuz id like to try her again with the knowledge i have now if i ever got the chance she would be bomb.

sasha was one of my most fav smokes for sure.

Edit: Everything I have made with the exception of the C99 which i just bred down a generation, and the Grape Kush, which I have made f2's of is still at F1 status.

Some strains have been grown and tested out, but different ones have more variables than others.

For instance, the Grape Kush F1's all grew fairly uniform. Very minor variation between phenos.

The Stank Ape and Skunky Monkey have the widest variety of phenos from anything that I have crosssed.

I am expecting the Sasha x BubbaCougar to have a lot of phenos as well, hopefully out of the 8 I have, I can find a desirable male and female. Since i already know specifically what I am looking for, it makes it easier to decide which ones i keep, and which I toss. I have no problem tossing a female plant if it is not up to my expectations... or a male for that matter.

A lil background on the BubbaCougar

This cross came about for 1 main reason...

I had a pre98 bubba kush clone that was gifted to me a few years back. Those of you who smoked her, knew her well. There came a time when I had to stop growing, and I knew that I was no longer going to be able to keep this cut around. Nor did I have anybody that could successfully hold on to it for me until i was ready to start growing again. So I took a Cougar Kush male that I had, a very nice specimen and i dusted a branch on the last Bubba that i had in flower. My mistake was not using enough pollen, and I only got about 50 seeds from this cross. My goal is to find both a bubba dom female, and a bubba dom male to start nailing the trait down, and getting it as close to the original bubba as possible. The cougar male has added bulk to the bubba, which it was seriously lacking. Another member of the site already has his own set of BubbaCougar f2's, and i know that some of them are being grown outside in a GH this year. From the grower, he says that they have very skunky smells right now. Could be the skunk coming from the cougar showing in recessive form and that is why it is coming out in the f2's.

This is where the sasha x bubbacougars came from as well, the same Bubba Cougar f1 male that was used to make f2's was also crossed to sasha(early skunk x jack herer) This is what I have going right now. 8-9 germed, one died. I can see a wide assortment of leaf patterns with only the first set of true leaves showing.
