Whatever. We are being manipulated by both sides so maybe your "facts" are not really facts, but someones opinion. Since there are opinions from both sides that claim to be facts, I don't know. oh come on dont be upset i think this topic is quite simple actually that co2 is not the reason we had a few years of slightly hotter summers we only make up 3% of the earths co2 output. but saying that global warming is fake doesnt mean that we arnt polluting,
people are so wound up about green this green that electric cars and hybrids, and then throw their trash and shit all over the place. i think our real problem is the trash!
if plastics were made of hemp oil they would biodegrade,
hemp paper is of better quality and you can yeild more pulp from a space with hemp than with trees, im rambling again but anyway we just need to be more of a independant america compared to a corporate america, let the individual be an individual

For one this is cyclic, it has been proven through core samples in the antarctic to show that it's happened before, two we are in a rather old solar system and our sun is in it's last few millennia. This is not to say that people as a whole need to clean up their acts.
Sure we pollute, we need to recycle just for the simple fact that we are making bigger and bigger dumps.
We also need to look into alternative fuels just for the simple reason of putting the Oil companies in their place.

But let's face it folks, it's not going to happen until people get the collective guts to storm Washington with Pitch forks and guns.

If you drink Beer, by god quit buying it from Budwieser, coors miller ect, make the damned stuff your self, it's not hard.
We need to put the Corporations in their place. We rule them not the other way around.
This is where we should take the lead from Latin America.
We get up close and personal with Corporate leaders and set them strait (if you know what I mean.)
We can become independent from Food companies by planting a garden and learning how to can what's left over.
Even in Big cities there are community gardens.
(hell I even raise my own beef on a friends land)
We don't need global trade either, that's all a plan for corporate supremacy, too many people are too stupid or duped to realize this.
We did just fine before NAFTA and we will do a whole lot better after NAFTA is gone.

Where did you come up with the 3%? I'm wondering if you have a source/link for that, so I could use that when enlightening people about the global warming hoax(at least how Al Gore depicts).

This is so true! A lot of people don't understand that we actually control them. If everyone boycotts a company than the company goes out of business. If no one paid their taxes than what is the gov't would have to do change their ways. I know unions that demand a pay increase every so often and if the company doesn't increase the wages than everyone quits(at least in principle}. Why not do the same thing with the USA gov't and make a peoples union that will actually work for us.

How are we going to get rid of the corrupt politicians that monopolize the fuel industry? That way we aren't obligated to pay 4 dollars a gallon.

Well hallelujah. I'm pretty sure I can understand it's the sun, but the reason it's the sun is the greenhouse gas increases, and some of that can be attribured to man, right?

I've had two sources say that we contribute to ~3% of the annual co2 output/year. So mans contribution is only 3% and the rest of the other 97% of co2 is produced by animals, decomposing matter(mushrooms, compost, & decomposing dead plants to name a few), volcanoes and many other things that I'm unaware of.

If you remember med, depending on your location, aprox 60-90% of greenhouse gases are water vapor. So you can see where that leaves room for co2. As a note, co2 is heavier than air so it tends to stay on the ground, this is actually a good thing for the plants, better to have the co2 on the ground where it can be useful for plants.

I'm not an expert on the subject but everything on here is true and you can look it up yourself As I have said before, co2 is not a pollutant and we shouldn't be worry about it as much as REAL pollution and trash, wreaking havoc on the environment.

CO2 reminds me of the war on terrorism, its not the real problem but thats what we are going to focus our attention on anyways. Just a way to spend the tax dollars on research for something that is benevolent (but the majority of the civilians/people don't know co2 is benevolent because of Al Gores "inconvenient truth" movie. Fooled again by our representatives..)

I feel the same way, but unlike you, when I first watched "Inconvenient Truth" about global warming I didn't think it was completely bullshit. One question that came to mind when I first watched the movie was "why is a politician putting out this movie when actually a scientist should be? A scientist knows the exact details where Al Gore is a politician and NOT a climatologist... ~LOL~....." Almost like a lawyer can make mistakes in court and not be held accountable for his words, but if his 'client' said something wrong than its considered evidence.....(does that make sense to you guys?).

After I saw the movie, I thought our earth was destined for doom in the next decade or so because of all the "facts" he presented(actually it was the lack of facts that he didn't present that actually scared me, he was wrong on his assertions). Then after seeing the converse side of the story, I realized that these people are presenting tangible facts that actually make sense. Best of all, these facts are coming from scientists and NOT from politicians or the news media.

Thats why I tell people to use their logic to discern whats correct, its almost like mental warfare with the american people vs the gov't that wants to impose taxes on anything they can. What if our representatives are actually mobsters/gangsters that wear Gucci?
