maybe they are busy with the 420 sales. a few months ago it took 7 days to get the beans to the states for me.

Nope, their payment system is down again. They keep saying you can mail them money, but I don't trust that at all. I won't order from them until they get their system working properly. I think that ensuring credit card payments go through would be priority number one.

Hi

Getting the payment system up and running and keeping customers happy is priority, while the system is being fixed which i might add is not a website fault customers can pay by post its not ideal for most but its a way of ordering for some. Sos is sorry for any inconvenience caused :)

ok then, makes sense. was thinking it would be half way here by now. (not far from the UK)
this is me, i changed my password but then forgot it, now i cant access my old email address :rolleyes:

i still haven't received any email from them, apart from the order processed successfully one that automatically sends.

i emailed them on monday asking if my order has been shipped yet. no reply yet.

they received payment anyway, checked my card.

EDIT: i wrote this as E M was writing lol.

I really hate posting negative feedback but I am disgusted at the service from SOS despite their alledged payment faults. I made payment online which was confirmed to have gone through last week... I received no correspondance at all from SOS so I ended up emailing them asking for an update. They confirmed that all was well and would send tracking number as soon as available. No mention of technical issues was made. My next email went completly unanswered. I emailed a couple of days ago complaining that I felt ripped off. I actually got a responce and was notified a week after transaction for the first time that delays are on the cards. I was promised despatch that day, yesterday at latest. Still have heard nothing so I have since gone back with a ship out or refund request. I'm really gutted to have experienced such sh1t service especially after all the good comments over the years. SOS would have to make some miraculous turn around to retain me as a customer in the future.

because of this thread I order from SOS 2 months ago. None of the auto pounder seeds have been good so far. out of 4 only 1 cracked and it failed to grow and died. I since then decide maybe I was fucking them up somehow, so I dropped 2 bag seed and they took right off. I have 8 more seeds from them they all look really white unlike most of the good seeds I have seen are darker and spotted or striped.I'll take some pics of them if there is an interest. I ended up spending 60 bux so I better get a few of those 8 to grow.

so i was going to order of sea of seeds again today for the 4/20 20% off promo. problem is from what iv'e seen the promo has been removed or im just blind and dont see the discount or advert. Another problem is the credit card system is down still, so its actually impossible(?) to avail of the 4/20 promo as you need to order via post. (post offices are shut on saturday/sunday)

so im confused now. still better freebies than 'tude, if you could sell single seed or 3 pack of holy grail kush, that would be nice!

when you fill up your cart and go to checkout, is there a payment option for cash? so you would then have to print the order form and send with payment.

but some of the ceeds may be out of stock by the time your order gets there.

Hey Reku of course Sos cares, they care about all there customers and most of the time things can be fixed, but first things first Sos does not guarantee against non germ but send me your order number and i will look into your order maybe i can get the breeder to ok a replacement to be sent with your next order depending on what breeder for most breeders this should be no problem but as i said send me the order number :)

I'll be interested in ordering some seeds soon. Was going to go with attitude again (their service was excellent for me, all around), but I started reading a lot of negative things about them recently. After reading this though, I am truly impressed with SOS. E M, you are an amazing "face" for your company, you act appropriately and go out of your way for the customer. That is hard to find these days, and I promise you it doesn't go unnoticed.

So, I've come up with a compromise, I'll be making a small pick 'n' mix order from attitude, and order my packs from SOS. Not now, but the very near future. And, in all honesty, it's because of the quick and effective responses provided by E M here on RIU. Excellent work, hands down some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Haven't checked out the site yet, heading there right after I hit reply.

Went to SoS for the past few days. Not taking credit cards right now due to some trouble. I would have bought there but went to attitude instead.

my order arrived this morning. all the beans look healthy and viable. will order again when cc is accepted again. i noticed delivery was £5.50 on the site to here (this is not here), while the stamp shows £8.30 postage paid.
it really makes the 'tude look bad :hump:
