I've been drinking a lot of different Pinot Grigio's lately. I can say, with resolve, that Pinot Grigio's are hands down the best type of wine I've had to date.
I've had about 4-5 different varieties so far, and they've been consistently great. Not too dry, not too sweet, very light aftertaste.
I've always been a white wine guy, but usually Sauv blanc's..... call me a complete noob, (mostly because I kind of am) but god damn, these are great wines. I think I found my grape of choice!
I've always liked rosé wines too... I'm really starting to get into wine. I've always been a bit of a whiskey snob. lol
What do you guys think? What's your favorite wine/grape type?
