Alright so.... Ive decided to stop tucking them if I can get away with it. The canopy is pretty even all things considered and I would like the bud sites to connect as opposed to growing along the screen horizontally. These definitely need some fan leaves removed but they are so bushy it seems that if I take off 20 they grow twice as big the following day! Either way that project will have to wait for the weekend as my new job is kicking my ass. The screen didnt exactly fill out to the 100% mark but all in all Im not disappointed with my first go at it. Ive got quite a few confirmed rooted clones going in some seedling soil (All that I had laying around) so I sure hope she is a fast finisher so I can build my ebb and flow table I plan to do for next veg run. Took some pictures for you guys to check out the canopy height...right now is like day 10 of 12/12 I think. :) Thanks for looking! -S0uP

So we are in our stride now! I will do a RES change today and run the FF beastie high (1100ppm) for 2 days and then pull it back for a more complete palate (more on that later)... Just some early morning shots, Im still exhausted from doing the plumbing ground work for a 77 unit complex in 100 degree heat all week so Ill be back when Im rested...-S0uP

Lookin healthy mate!
Thanks man, just tryin to keep em green! ;)

Wicked as brother :D almost filled up the screen too, now time to watch them buds grow nice and FAT!
I really hope so easty! I have NO way of knowing what to expect yield wise so Im not gonna push em too hard, Im just gonna try to keep em healthy to the end and what we get is what we get ;) Yours are sure looking nice, I will be happy to see anything close to that! :)

So RES change is done... All said and done;
6 teaspoons of FF Beastie b
80Ml each of AN Conni A+B
and some root tonic

1100PPM pH 6.1 RES temp 71*
Also Ive been foliar feeding with Peruvian Gold Organic Bloom and will continue for the next week.
(These guys are awesome, they were a little late sending me my samples so to make up for it they sent me full gallons of everything they make, like 200$ worth of nutrients)

Here is a side shot of the canopy to show that its kinda even (the right side stretched a bit further than anticipated) and the last pic I just like the colors on! ;) Sorry for the double postg today I was just REAL tired!... Thanks for lookin -S0uP

Lookin Awesome Soup!!! cranking along really nicely! Don't worry about yield this early on! it only entices us to try and push them, when yours are looking like happy peas in a pod!!
Its shitting me to tears, for some stupid reason i cant get into Eastys thread, AND ONLY EASTYS!!! the net freezes then crashes EVERY time :(

chipper: noticed you said you're feeding every hour? if you're trying to increase your oxygen levels, decrease the times you feed them, and this will allow the medium to dry out and draw in fresh oxygen. If you feed every hour, this creates water roots, and only slows growth down ;) just a little hort info ;)

sorry i dribbled in your thread Soup, But wow man, i can't wait to see these ladies frostin up!! you got enough chlorophyl in there to feed a nursery!

Thanks easty! Like I said Im pretty satisfied for a first go...always room for improvement though and Im gonna put what I learned from this "small" tent experience to work with the next grow in the 5'x5' (Im gonna run 2, 4'x2' flood tables using 40%perlite and 60% Lava rock :) and Scrog it to the best of my ability)

Dude, nice to see you around these parts, dont apologize for sharing some knowledge man! Thats why were here:) I couldnt agree with you more though, these days I care far more about quality and more precisely a QUALITY grow. I see NO reason to push that hard any more and would be surprised if I went past 1300ppm at all. As far as yield goes, as I said, what we get is what we get!;) Hope you keep stoppin in would like to hear your thoughts up till harvest :)

G'day Soup, she is looking lovely thats for sure!! You should see some action now;-)
Thanks buddy! I hope you got that rot situation under control...its gotta be tough with elevated temps like you have to keep the humidity at bay?

Here is a shot I got with this new macro app on my wifes phone dunno quite how to use it yet but would really like some recommendations from the community on which app is the best for taking photos of the plants we love. I am already seeing some trich production which makes me anxious to fast forward through the next few weeks! I am hoping for some knockout smoke with this strain....some stuff that makes you STICK to the lazyboy! Thanks for stoppin in everyone I appreciate the comments!

I sure hope so stone, even if I let em run a little long (which I tend to do anyways) Unless Im running a haze or something which already requires its 70-83 days and by then Im impatient as hell soo... that does remind me, I need to pick out my sat dom strain for this up coming perp. I was thinking the John Sinclair Trans Love would be a good option but I am definitely open to suggestions!

I have to warn everyone I get a little pic happy during flower (And we dont even have any buds yet!:)) so fair warning for the next few weeks!

Heres a pic I snapped off of the Mastodon and one more of a previous grow to keep people interested! Enjoy! -S0uP

Nice looking buds Soup! I only found one bit of rot mate, luckily. I ended up pulling 20 oz from the tops of the two plants, 12 of my karragullen and 8 from the Moby Dick. Just waiting on the bottom to finishing drying. It is looking pretty good though considering the mishaps and the high temps.

Thats awesome news, Usually by the time I catch it feel like it begun to take over... Glad you were on your game! Does humidity just soar in that tent after the lights go off?? Seems like it would for sure I think you are one hell of a greenthumb to keep high quality coming out of such formidable conditions! :blsmoke:...cool as a cucumber!

Looking awesome Soup, wicked trich production already :D
Thanks easty, Im excited too ....Might just have to get those cheaper ipower bags if I start to see sugar topped leaves become the norm eh? I was gonna change the res out after only like 2 days at this level but they seem to be loving it so why fix it if it aint broken kinda thing right?

So I did some much needed work on the nursery today, set up a little DWC for my rooted clones since I didnt want to clear the space out just yet for the ebb tables (heres some thing else I can kill)!:) Right now they are at 300ppm 5.9pH and res temp is 68* we will see how they took to the transplant.....

planted a clone that need some TLC in an organic soil mix I made and added some of the Peruvian Gold organic nutes to help in the recovery (We will see how it goes) Bought some Strawberries (You can see them next to the clone infirmiry) I bought 5, picked my favorite one and planted the remaining 4 in a planter outside in the sun with the same organic soil mix. I plan to take extra special care of the one inside till its nice and healthy, then into a topsy turvy she goes (My wife and I both wanted to try these out and they are at the 99 cent store right now! Picked up 2 topsys and one already has a nice organic heirloom tomato hung and ready to go (All organic soil to match of course) Also if you can see in the seed starters I have some Zucchini Squash seeds I planted today and Ill decide what to do with them once I see if they even pop. Well, That all for today thanks for stoppin bye! -S0uP

Your little nursery looks pretty good Soup. I need to knock something similar up for my babies. As for your question with humidity, I had never gone in at night to even check what it gets up to in till to other night when I went into do a bit of picking. And yes it was quite high, reading 77%. I will look at controlling it a bit this run, have looked it how yet!! It has cooled right down over now, we have just had a first real winter front come through:) I love growing any smokable or edible plants, i just pulled of my first 2 mangos and even have 6 pineapples growing. I grow as much veggie as i can, just because shop veggies are expensive and poor quality! Also being a stay at dad i get bored of cleaning the house so spent a fair bit of time outside in the garden with the kids, better for them as well;)
