i'm from the east coast and been having some troubles and wondering how much would it cost to rent/buy land that could possibly grow 5, 10 idk 20 monsters in the backyard or something. not too big of an op but something to make a good living (on the side if I were to find a job also .. but if I dropped everything I wouldn't really have job choices right off of the bat.) would it be possible to rent a property? how many acres would I be looking at? also the county best recommended law-related to be a caregiver and sell to patients/shops .. trying to gather as much money as I can with this 2013 season to prepare. sorry if this seems unanswerable with all the questions but rough estimates on how much some people pay would be much appreciated

Don't go to cali. They are flooded and way over saturated. Look for a state you could make a good living as a caregiver. Also land will be cheaper in those states. Like New Mexico or Oregon.

I have several friends in cali. One who has done 5 seasons, and each season he's gone bigger to adjust for the falling prices.

You just answered why NOT to come here.
Colorado and Washington just legalized. I would seriously consider one of those as well.

Cost of living is very high and so is the cost of getting started, the market is very competitive and it probably isn't the be all end all solution you're looking for. Good luck if you decide to go through with it

Growers are as plentiful as fleas on a dog's back around Philly too. Every week another one gets popped and there's still a glut on the damn market. 300 a zee is the best you can hope for and then it better be killer weed.

The best situation is when you already live in a place which is about to go through a movement. Such as Barca or Czech rep.

I'm just very lucky to have been in the right place at the right time. Would I move here in ten years when they are all set up and running- No, probably not!

Have you ever grown monsters? It's lots of work and if it's not pure fire with no mold/mildew/bugs then your feelings will get hurt really fast.
