Recently i upgraded from a 150w hps to a 400w dimmable hps with a basic wing reflector
and the heat is horrible in my grow area (32" x 32" x 63" Tent)
Information:
The temps are around 82F to 95F inside the tent, while its around 70F to 75F in the room the tent is in.
(this is with the wing reflector... a 6" booster fan for exhaust... and a single 11" x 3" passive instake vent)
So i was wondering if i replace the wing reflector with a cool tube, and have the 6" booster fan
pulling from one end and exhausting out the top of the tent (leaving the other end of the cool tube open)
would it make much of a difference in my temps?
I like having a passive intake (no fan to waste electric on) so if i can do it this way that would be great!
