2 autoflowers not growing (at least it seems so)

Hello guys ! I would really appreciate some help with my problem. I tried to look it up on google in czech and english, but no luck. Basically, last month i ordered some autoflowering seeds - AutoMazar and Ultraviolet. I planted them on 19th of April. For the substrate I used Plagron Grow-mix because I´ve read its good and pre-fertilized so I wouldnt have to add any extra nutrients until the flowering period. I used two big pots, around 11-12 litres with crushed stones on the bottom. Im growing outdoors in the Czech Republic, central Europe. The weather is neither bad, nor really good. Half of the time its sunny and half of the time its raining or cloudy. When there`s sun I put them outside and when Its raining I put them either behind the window or in a greenhouse. The Ultraviolet (UV) broke the soil on 23rd and the AutoMazar (AM) broke it on the 24th. However its the 12th of May and the plants seem really small to me. AM is around 8-9cm tall and the UV is around 5-6cm. Im trying not to over water them, maybe too hard so I could be underwatering. I water like once in a week and even after the whole week the pot is still kinda heavy and when I stick my finger in the soil its still a bit cold in there (maybe it stays moist that long because of the perlite?). What am I doing wrong ? Here I add some pictures. Thanks a lot in advance, Im starting to be really sad about the whole thing :(

I thought someone could make this mistake, but if you count the days, you will find out they are like 20 days old :D 23th april - 12th of may :/

first few weeks they are developing roots not plant. probably because the pot is so big they are just stretchin some roots out still.

So when I water should I water the whole area of the pot, not just the middle ? I think Im doing the classic newbie mistakes, im afraid of overwatering so I actually underwater, yesterday the UV leaves got kind of limp, so I watered it and today it looks much better.

Im running a couple of autos and they are tiny in comparison to the photos I have
going.
The growth is so small and so slow it is darn near to the point they will find a home
outside in the bush so I can start something else.

I have been reading allot of other auto growers with the same issue, so maybe there is
something really different with auto's growth aside from the obvious of course. I don't
know for sure. What I do know is tent space is better used by something else in my case.

I agree with mrblu....I have 4 autos going right now and 1 photo all were started at the same time. The photo jumped out to a nice headstart while the autos seemed to lanquish and hardly made any noticeable increase in size...but after I transplanted them into their final home they took off quickly catching up to the photo and when I transplanted them I was amazed how well developed the root system on the autos were.......so just be paitent I'm sure they will be fine. There is an old saying...Good things come to those who wait

Yes......
When you water, do the whole pot, not just around the stem.
