Also, didn't mean to come off harsh before. You definitely had a good first grow, and I'm sure you learned a lot in the process.
better luck next time. When you run out of meds, just remember, it was an experiment, so it was worth it right?
i am an engineer and experimentation is key to advancements... So, again, when you change the environment and method (bend/cut/bond) reactions to certain inputs can change... To think that a system will remain static when inputs to the system are changed, without proving this is ignorantcorrect, this plant has grown forever, but has it been cut, bound, bent and twisted as peeps are doing these days for as long?
When you change one variable the test bed itself has changed to a degree

Right because you never posted this??thanks Glad. I'm hoping for 3 zips per. I'm smoking a zip a week since quitting my meds and I need this to last me 6 weeks,...
Soooooo not true.Sorry if I didn't stroke your giant ego you've developed being an engineer. Apparently everyone here wants you to be happy instead of pointing out what you did wrong so you can improve. Just remember, this is nature, there is very little that can be done to improve on the way they will grow naturally. You have to learn each plant to know their limits. Resist your instinct as an engineer to manipulate things you do not fully understand yet. Humble yourself to the plants. They will tell you what they want.
I'm pretty sure that there are plenty of people who top, lollipop, defoliate and have a plethora of meds. You're such a tool it's not even funny. Maybe you should just stay off of the forums so you don't topple your company with your mouth. Your wife seems a little better at the whole marketing thing. On a first grow you are supposed to learn what plants look like when they flower and get the process in your brain for the future. Once you know the process well and have done it successfully a few times, then slowly you can change variables and see the results. You deprived yourself of this in the name of "experimentation." Better luck next time. When you run out of meds, just remember, it was an experiment, so it was worth it right?
My bad. I thought you were him. lol in that case, your screen name cost him a transaction last night. Either way it seems like everything that comes out of your mouth is in the worse way possible. Maybe it's time for a little reflection on how to treat people.Dude, I'm not the breeder for Rare Dankness, nor am I married. They live in Colorado. I live in Detroit.
And I was specifically saying he will run out of meds, because HE put a timeline on how long he needs that much weed to last him... And he even stated how much he smokes. I said, better luck next time, that's not gonna cover your time period you stated you need it to.
Those are environmental changes mostly. I am talking about improving upon the way each plant grows naturally. You need to grow them all the way and understand how they grow. Then you can manipulate their environment to possibly bring out the best representation of the genetics. And no plants grow "better" training or topping them, they just grow more suited to your needs. None of what you listed will improve upon the plant's genetic predisposition.Soooooo not true.
Artifical lights.
Pest control.
Nutrients.
Different styles of soils/cultures.
Stress training.
Cross breeding strains to improve specified qualities.
etc
I'm happy, and just pointing out what you said wrong.
There is but 1 thing I deem important and agree with what you said there.
Keeping an eye on the girls and learn to read them, preferbly as early as possible, then you can bend nature again to do your bidding.
