Yeh SouP, were not far away!!! A 420 bbq sounds good Mo. Nothing like a cook up out in the bush. I am all up for fishing too, i need some good tips! The brew in the pic is a copy of a WA beer, Swan Draught. My preferred brews are the pale ales.


A bit of trouble is good mate, it keeps you on your toes!! My girl will smoke a bit, but i am having a hard time getting her to drink my beer. The schnapps and bourbon is a different story though

Just for fun I did a search and it said for me and my girl to make a round trip flight it would be just under 5K USD to make it to that 4/20 BBQ! That CANT be right that is out of control, I mean it sounds like a blast but jesus!

Soup, thanks for the encouragement, I just set up that area and am beginning ti build, I have the lights on order, they have not arrived yet, thats why it looks that way, got my new mylar yesterday and that will go up soon, That area is 3x5 feet. The PVC came from an old laundry sorter and the screen came from a cube display shelf, the concave ness is temp too, when I get her permanently set, for now I just want her to veg a bit and control her size a bit...

No problem with starting slow, The bigger you go, do it in reverse of intuition. At least for me when I think bigger, I think more watts but everything else has to up size with it at the same time. If you stay small but keep em green things will take theyre natural course and youll be producing QUALITY buds in QUANTITY in no time instead of producing a shit load of stuff youll throw into a slow cooker for budder. Things look good over there and your in the right place to learn from th pros (Not me of course) and it seems you have the right mind set. For me, I really do enjoy growing so its all part of the journey, I hope yours is as fulfilling as mine!

Looking good soup! I pm'd u not sure if u got it. I don't live in LA I live on the other coast... I don't think "kush" are large yielders but it is defiantly top notch stuff man!! I only pulled 3.5 from the one plant but I'm hoping my pineapple express will yield more and at this point it looks like it will!!!

Im not too worried bout final numbers but I would like this round to last me till next harvest of course! Again I think I will see some fattening up in the next 2 weeks for sure! I might pick up a higher yieldind strain to throw in there every three months or so .... maybe a wwxBigbud or ECSD or something... time will tell the path! Thanks for stoppin in dude! Its getting better day by day bro! Like I said Im not too worried about weight but you can NEVER have too much (unless your hand trimming solo!) That G13 PE is the shit and I cant wait to grow one out, find a good Pheno and keep her in the stable a while. Im glad you got a hold of a good one!

Never disappointment my friend! Just always looking for ways to better hone my craft as they say! There are no bad days fishin even if you dont catch shit ya know?? I just love this hobby, I too like the color and crystal coverage for the stage we are out now and dont see where she could be lacking, so Im not worried and I will just keep trucking the way she is growing now! Got some nursery work done today! ... I KNOW I need to transfer those Zucchini plants but there is always tomorrow. I built the veg flood table (Minus the ebb fittings till I put it to use) it will be moved to the small tent as soon as the flowering Mastodon's are done and there will be two almost identical ones put into the 5'x5' to set up the perp. Im thinking 1 or 2 gallon smart pots with a lava rock/coco coir medium that i just move in 4 week shifts, 6 pots at a time...easy enough right? 3-4 MOMs to keep me from getting bored I love my Magnumxxxl hood cause of the footprint, right now there's the 400 MH in there but of course that will be replaced with a 1k! Also added a shot from another past grow to keep it interesting! -S0uP

Niiiiiice man looking very frosty indeed! I must say she had stayed at a very even canopy as well, you were right about her not stretching much! She still filled out the scrog net well though

Just checkin in Soup, and wow that's doing great...U asked about the coco, try Canna coco, but I prefer a 50/50 perlite coco, seems to work better for me, I use course perlite, not the fine. I'm using the 2 liter bottles and they have a perlite reserve. I think the coco is too messy by itself, and dries to hard for my tastes, so 50/50 works for me.

As far as my scrog is going, I got the cabinet pieced out but not finished, I was too busy this weekend, so it will give me something to do at night, But I do think I have room for another scrog in my new growspace.

I hear you bout the coir being messy, that alone (And air pruning of course) is my motivation behind the smart pots....I definitely dont want it getting into my tables at all! I will be adding roughly 60% lava rock for drainage and to prevent that "pack" from occurring. I really do agree with perlite being a great medium (Thank you Flowa!!)... its been soooo hassle free these past 2 months BUT it does tend to float and I dont want 1. My girls to feel like they are built on shaky ground or 2. Have that end up in my trays either. This will be a crash course and I am depending on my ability to ricochet and rebound to get me through the first few harvest successfully, but in my mind (Scary thought) once this is dialed its almost to the point of self sustaining thats sick(which gives me time to try out all kinds of other scientific experiments or kill myself from bordem). You sound like me in a lot of ways with needing something to do or build at night (Tinkering mind right?) I am excited to see what you come up with! BTW I Need something besides whocares to call you...Obviously anonymity is pertinent but it just feels wrong typing that! Thanks for checkin in... till next time! -S0uP

WC works for me, I did forget to mention, I will be starting another grow in the same type of container I'm using now, But next time I will add some lava rocks...the perlite feel through more than I planned...That's why it's a trial run BTW I think the hydrotron would help to hold larger plants better.

Yes I'm a tinkerer and I'm not afraid to admit it...LOL I'm seriously an Engineer, but I'm a better re-engineer....I love hands on work and recycling, so to me using what I already have is an act of commitment

LOL. I guess I liked your post and then unliked it? I don't know, I just finished the after work smoke and I'm pretty wrecked. Masta's are looking beautiful, frosty and colorful as all fuck. Do you flush at all mid-grow? I like to give them a good flush about every 14-21 days, then not feed them for a good 3-4 days after I flush. They really seem to blow up after this. I forsee some serious bulking in the next couple weeks tho.

Look into mapito for your E/F project soup. It is supposed to be an incredible medium and is made up of Rockwool chunks and polyfil I believe. It's not available in my neck of the woods but I'm sure it is floating around Cali way.
